"U.S. Inflation Reduction Act:

The signing of the Inflation Reduction Act ("IRA") by President Biden in August 2022 means that by 2026, 80% of minerals in Electric Vehicle ("EV") batteries will need to be sourced from the U.S. or a country which has a free trade agreement ("FTA") with the U.S.. Chile is the only major producer of battery grade lithium carbonate/hydroxide that currently has a FTA with the U.S. so this places CleanTech Lithium in a favourable place to sell its future lithium products into the U.S.. The IRA provides financial incentives in the U.S. to companies that can increase the security of supply of battery minerals. CleanTech Lithium is in the process of opening discussions with U.S. authorities as to whether such financial incentives will be available to developing lithium producers in Chile that plan to be part of the lithium supply chain into the U.S.. This has included initial communications with the U.S. Consulate in Santiago."

This is an amazing story from Pilbara, MM and very inspiring. Of course there will be profit taking but, I personally don't feel brave enough to do that myself as I believe that I can see where this company is going. We are only just starting on this marathon. I also agree with the Count that we are in the driving seat with regards any fund raising. I have confidence that the strong board we have will be looking at negotiating and securing very favourable funding terms and share holders will back them all the way.

O/T I know.
I posted this on telegram fwiw. It is a speech by the head of Pilbara which gives a very compelling view on the trajectory of Lithium from here. I know they are a multi-mineral company on a grand scale but his asssesment of where the young lithium market is in the battery minerals bull case worldwide is very interesting (esp with CTL at this stage of their own development).
The questions at the end are great too.



ps. been adding rapidly, which is not me. It's just, I am not sure how much this will pull back as profit takers (inevitably) appear just as we are putting the word out to bring in further investors. Also, someone mentioned a new tp of £5.20 from Cannacord...does anyone have this on a report?

Yes TC. Seems to me either of the two main, JORC compliant projects are worth multiples of the current share price And on top of that they also have the Greenfield Llamara Project; which Fox-Davis recently described as "A Potential Company Maker"

"The Llamara project, if successful, could in time, even eclipse its corporate parent, and justify a separate listing."
