Solgold (SOLG)has secured financing for its gold-copper project with a third party, and its shares have just risen by 25% this morning.

I expect that after granting of mining licences by the Chilean government to Cleantech by the end of August 2024, it will announce project finance with third parties, and its shares will rise quite substantially because of its low market cap. My target price is 40 p within 12 months.

Very undervalued and hopefully the ASX listing will address this. Equally the Chilean government announcements due late August will be important.

CTL is currently capitalised at £24 million. I have discovered that there is a lithium mining company called Atlantic Lithium Ltd (ALL) operating in Ghana capitalised at £133 million (about six times the value of CTL). ALL has submitted for the application of grant of its first mining licence by the Ghana government.

I may be comparing apple with pear, I just wonder whether CTL has a much promising prospect in Chile than ALL in Ghana.

When the next announcement is made by the end of August I expect a positive one from the Chilean government to grant the company mining licences. Soon after, the company may announcement JV with other parties contributing mainly the project finance for a share of the future revenue. It is going to be a win-win situation. Let the money roll into the company's coffer and let other parties fund the projects.

Looking at the chart it is quite possible that it may regain the 40 p level.

The warrants given to the lenders of the new loan notes provide a subscription price for ordinary shares at 24 p , by referencing to the recent price of 14 p.

The lenders must be reasonably happy that there is good value in the company otherwise they would have negotiated a lower subscription price.
