Result of General Meeting

City of London Group plc (AIM: CIN), announces that all resolutions put to its Shareholders at its General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.

As a result, and following suspension of trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM earlier today, Cancellation will become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 26 January 2023.

The expected timetable of principal events is set out below:

1 The actual date on which the Distribution will be complete will ultimately be determined by the Joint Liquidators and is therefore subject to change. The completion of the Distribution is one of the conditions to the Equity Subscription.

Notes:

(1) The dates set out above may be adjusted by the Company in which event details of the new dates will be notified to Shareholders by announcement through a Regulatory Information Service .

(2) All of the above times refer to UK time.
