Oxford, UK - 30 September 2022: NIOX Group plc (LSE: NIOX) announces a correction to the 'Block Listing Cancellation and Interim Review' announcement released on 30 September 2022 under RNS No. 3355B. The numbering in the 'number and class of securities originally listed and the date of admission*' box was incorrect. The revised disclosures highlighted below reflects the correct sequence of numbers.

All other details remain unchanged.

The Company makes the following notification pursuant to Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding its existing block listing arrangements.

It also announces that applications have been made for certain of its share schemes and the relevant block listings to be cancelled, as set out below.

Cancelled block listings

NIOX currently has 980,426 ordinary shares of GBP0.0008 each, which are block listed in relation to share schemes where all outstanding options have now been exercised, or have lapsed, and the scheme has closed. These plan are: Circassia EMI Share Option Scheme, Circassia 2007 Unapproved Share Scheme and Circassia 2014 Performance Share Plan Scheme (numbered 1-3 below). As a result, application has been made for the block listings associated with these schemes to be cancelled.

The Company has made no allotments under these plans since the last block listing return was released on 1 April 2022.

A final block listing return is set out below in relation to the cancelled share schemes.
