Do you think it's worth putting in a buy order at 2p for the skirtlift towards 11p??

This has never looked like a viable company. Except when it was releasing bogus contract news. I remember saying at the last cash raise, any fund manager putting money into this should also put in their own money to match it. Its never going to work.

This isn't worth 64m market cap. Those results are awful. Another cash raise will be coming.

This is just a glorified App and is unsustainable on those unjustifiable operating costs.

Bargepole.

"Another example occurred in the third quarter of 2023, where advisors had submitted fees totalling c.$8m for the crisis management and fundraising efforts. The decision to raise c.$30m only to see it diminished to $22m due to external fees compounded our problems"

I just don't get this at all. Who would put in a bunch of money only to see 27% disappear straight from the off.

And seemingly CRTA itself were surprised at the size of the fees, like they hadn't agreed them in advance.

I'm still trying to figure out why anyone put any money in at 50p.

The results seem to confirm my view.

As usual, slippage and jam tomorrow.

As predicted nowhere near where they need to be should tank on those rehakt swith only 6 months cash left and heavilyoss making.

Fo rme its not worth 20p mot like 10p but let's see what the market does. I'd expect to see it down 50% at least. I just don't rtae this companies chances or business

Next placing coming soon probably try to get it at 50p again and not as big as in these markets everyone is struggling to raise cash. The longer they leave it the lower the price will be now. Lets see if the management are quick or slow to realise this. They have dialed to deliver deals massively and I see this heading south from here

It's a mystery to me too but you might want to ask Richard Griffiths as he seems to be steadily accumulating. He now holds 20.8% Of course, we don't know what price he's been paying and may be picking up cheap.

Griffiths seems to specialise in these types of companies and possible recovery situations. He does rather well at it, but no doubt comes a cropper once in a while. I recall he timed NANO rather well, entry and exit.

I absolutely cannot fathom why anyone would buy this garbage of a business.

Another fund raise coming here probably 50p. Hasn't done enough business to break even or anything close.

How can a transparent update focus on bookings and not offer any data re attrition and repeatability of existing and new revenue? Sales execution is clearly important but the only way this survives is conversion from DI to ALM followed by retention and they offer nothing on this.

I agree. But you best tell the market that as it does not and has not agreed for some time.

I cannot see anything in this morning's trading update which would result in further enthusiasm for CRTA but as usual the market does not agree.

Nope surprised this hasn't halved tbh they aren't signing co tracts anywhere near fast enough ,infact have they signed any in months ? . When they first came back to the market I said they needed to sign a contract worth 400k every week to break even within a year . They certainly haven't got close to that at all . They will be coming for a cash call soon . For me this is one of the best shorts on the market ATM .
Losses are huge and they simply haven't done enough business to make a dent in them .
The director buys are a token and them trying to keep the share price up for a big placing at a big discount . Watch it start to fall when they approach the city and they laugh .

Surely the CEO's surprising Buy must show confidence in future trading, whilst insider trading rules must mean that there are unannounced orders on the books or near.

Does it tell clearly of a lively client pipeline of interest, or of the launch of a new data processing product. Could this portend useful strategic moves towards AI opportnities.

That's obviously my wishful thinking.... but it must have useful meaning!!!
Any wise (I said "Wise") guesses?

Share price action would seem to suggest that Richard Griffiths is the only significant buyer and perhaps he's now stopped.
