Interim Dividend - Exchange Rate

On 9 August 2018, Cineworld Group plc announced an interim dividend of 4.85 US cents per ordinary share, payable on 5 October 2018 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 14 September 2018.

Further to the declaration of the interim dividend, the exchange rate to be used to convert the dividend payment from US dollars (USD) to pounds sterling (GBP) (for those eligible shareholders who have not elected to receive dividend payments in USD) will be USD 1:GBP 0.7636 (based on the exchange rate on 21 September 2018).

Accordingly, the amount of the interim dividend payable on Friday 5 October 2018 to those shareholders who will receive the dividend in GBP will be 3.70 pence per share.
