There must be internal disagreement between the directors. One or more of them deliberately did not turn up for the meeting. That is what I think has happened.

They're either doing this deliberately, or they're the most incompetent shower imaginable. No wonder they never made a success of anything as a company, it'll be incredible if the Cindrigo acquisition ever happens.

It is anticipated that in due course the shares of Cindrigo Limited will be distributed to Challenger following completion of the Acquisition and CEL will then be liquidated.
