There must be internal disagreement between the directors. One or more of them deliberately did not turn up for the meeting. That is what I think has happened.

They're either doing this deliberately, or they're the most incompetent shower imaginable. No wonder they never made a success of anything as a company, it'll be incredible if the Cindrigo acquisition ever happens.

So I guess a few of the remaining shareholders feel like they could squeeze more money out of CHAL for thier shares......to say that I am annoyed with how this is being handled is an understatement!!!
