Looks like Tim has awarded himself a company pension already. That is one of his usual tricks, use company money to give him a generous pension payment then do a directors' buy with it. The mug punters normally lap it up, could be a good opportunity to sell where y>x for once slobber.

To compare with ARM let's have a quick look at RAM (same letters different order), the latest TB failure to go into administration.

In the year to Dec 11:

Turn Over £2.8M,
Post Tax Loss £3m,
Total directors' emoluments £686,950!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well over 20% of the loss was directors living the high life at shareholders expense.

Why chose that year? That was the last year before the 2 guys who finally kicked out Tim and have been trying, unsuccessfully, thanks to further interference from Tim, to undo the damage done by Tim, came in and began to wind back the excesses.

Slobber I know a lot more about graphene than you know about investing, but that is not hard.

I reckon I know more about it than Stephen Voller too, unless he has found some great new application of it to trial on his yacht for a month.

This stock has nothing to do with real graphene, just trying to exploit the hype around it to get mug punters to part with their cash.

Considering Tim claimed to know a lot about oil and gas he still got turned over by mad Malc and his Tasmania fantasy, CoS of 2% for Bellevue and 0.72% for Thunderbolt in the RPS CPR! did Tim even bother to read the first few pages of that before he threw the first $100k at Malc and then went on to waste a further $2.1m, including paying Malc's Jury's Inn hotel bill?

Very amusing Drunkies. Your attention to detail involves paying attention to Tim Baldwin and ignoring everything else to do with this stock. Did you figure out what graphene is yet or is that irrelevant?

Bought at x, sold at y where x>y, happy.

You sure about that Slob?

It's in much the same league as your "the more dilution the better off you are".

Lack of attention to detail, like putting x where you meant to put y, is just one of Tim's many failings and is responsible for a number of deals not going through.

Blaming others for his own mistakes is another of his character traits

Good to see the trader is still not trying to tell investors about investment, best he does stick to what he thinks he knows about.

So this is like poking an ant hill with a stick - they all come running out gnashing their mandibles at the air in vain. Cruel but fun.

No slobbering trader today. Maybe he has sold where x>y and is therefore happy.

Bye Bye Slobber it was nice chatting to you. It really does help to have someone who does not even know what investing is to challenge a real investor to articulate what real investing actually means and what the key factors to consider really are. Once you understand those, it is easy to see how all my posts were questioning all the right areas.

No need to thank me, though lots of people do.

Sorry TB - oops, I mean Slobby... you have a grand total of 5 posts each dedicated to attacking one single poster.

Pretty obvious to see who has a "loony obsession" here.

What did you do with Graphene Investor, or Black G0ld? It was most amusing to see you forget which alias you were using, and post on the TXO board as GI instead of BG. Your explanation was priceless: "have posted once on txo because black gold told me to."

The problem is, Drunky, that no one cares about your loony obsession with Baldwin. Bought CTFA at x, sold at y where x>y is the whole point here. Some happy investors, one disgruntled obsessive.

First "Graphene Investor" and now "Slopperchops." Poor Tubby Tim never does tire of his little games, does he?

While Drunky dreams of the day when the FCA will finally acknowledge his role in saving the global economy from the evil Dr Baldwin by lauding him with a thousand virgins laid out in Paternoster Square, doing a bit of research on this stock might actually help.

In fact clicking on the links at the top of this thread would yield more useful and accurate information than anything posted here in the last 48 hours including the unsolicited investment advice for KNIGEL which seems to be "invest in the first thing you see that involves graphene but doesn't involve Tim Baldwin."

It must be hard to find the time to google 'graphene' or even check any facts about CTFA while marshalling those multiple personalities. I notice that both CTFA and TXO are up today, so the message is obviously getting through to the markets, although Drunky's more immediate dilemma must be whether the to engage a psychiatrist or a lawyer.
