20/1/2014 07:24 | I agree with adamoo do your own research if interested, but Graphene Nanochem (GRPH) at least has the sort of market cap and access to cash that might enable them to succeed. They are still pretty small in the grand scheme of things and have yet to post a profit. | ih_318421
19/1/2014 20:41 | If you are looking to invest check out grph lot's of potential but dyor | adamoo
19/1/2014 19:55 | You got more chance of getting this right than shorting KIBO! (why buy if you expect 2p? Do you mean "I am shorting on Monday morning"). BTW I post on the CR thread probably about 10 times during the week. Some posters post 10 times per hour! | knigel
19/1/2014 19:52 | LOOKING GOOD. I AM BUYING IN ON MONDAY MORNING. 12p TARGET | stockonomlst
19/1/2014 19:32 | Well you didn't ramp CCE non stop a while back? Pot, kettle, black... (and not once have I suggested anyone buy in here!) | knigel
19/1/2014 19:30 | Knigel is just a member of the Topinfo pump and dump brigade thread. He isn't interested in fundamentals just in knocking out some of his toss shares onto other unsuspecting mug punters. | stockonomist
19/1/2014 19:29 | Well I concede I'm starting to understand why you guys are posting so often on the shares he is a director in! | knigel
19/1/2014 19:27 | Yes, Tim Baldwin was a director of PFP - retired quite a while ago. His shares were held through his investment boutique - Hill Street (in Mayfair!) Investments. HSI is going bust, it went into administration on Friday. It has current liabilities that far outstrip the value of its assets. The main listed assets it held were PFP - share price in the toilet, RAM another TB company suspended and in administration and TXO share price in the toilet. It really is quite funny how Tim's ego drives him to invest in his own incompetence - he bought a load of TXO outside of the placing and is badly underwater on them already. HSI will be selling PFP (attempts were made to do an off market deal which never came off so it will be through the market) and TXO, they can't sell RAM thanks to TB destroying the only hope they had of staying alive with his petty actions after RAM finally sacked him. | ih_318421
19/1/2014 19:18 | Yarsan, as I stated before - looking to exit or at least reduce if share price reached 5-6p. Is this Tim Baldwin the same one being discussed on the PFP thread tonight?! | knigel
19/1/2014 17:23 | Knigel, at this point there is nothing to discuss regarding the share EXCEPT the people running it. They have made no investments. As of now, Avia consists of nothing but a whole lotta promises. Thus, it is vital to look at the people making those promises to see if they have ANY record at all, to judge the possibility they can keep the promises made. It's vital to look at the financial situation supporting those promises. I totally understand why you're holding these shares, and I do wish you the best in breaking even - or perhaps making a bit for yourself! But until this company actually does ANYTHING they say they are going to do, it is vital for those NOT in your position, those looking to buy into the hype, to understand what they are getting into. | yarsan
19/1/2014 16:55 | ih_318421, thanks. I understand (in part) your issues with this director of CTFA - I hope you can bring it all to a conclusion at some point and move on to discussing other shares without him being involved? I'll ask if I need more information and might consider moving my investment here to another graphene sector company at some point in the future as I do like the potential.. | knigel
19/1/2014 16:51 | KNIGEL nobody it attacking you for being a shareholder. If you need any help with your research just shout, there are plenty of people around who can point you in the right direction. All the things various posters have said are in the public domain and easily verifiable. | ih_318421
19/1/2014 16:49 | I will do some more research - please remember though I was invested here well before all this CTFA-Baldwin "discussion" started so it's not as if I invested here because of graphene... the jury is out (in my opinion) on whether this is legit but it's clear a lot of investors are getting excited about the future potential of this material, but CTFA hasn't been around long enough yet to warrant the same type of coverage some posters give to TXO which has a far longer disappointing track record. | knigel
19/1/2014 10:36 | I rather read company RNSs and ignore those who have carried their TXO Baldwin obsession over to this thread! Since they are going to have a bias position to start with.. I doubt they have research the potential of graphene.. I had to laugh at the post on TXO about new posters appearing..as it has happened here recently.... As I said yesterday - set up your own thread and rant away... | knigel
19/1/2014 10:33 | london graphene! Have you not read anything on this board? | a.fewbob
19/1/2014 09:39 | From the 7th January RNS Cientifica, the AIM listed investment company focussing on the acquisition of businesses making use of advanced materials, graphene and emerging technologies, announces that it has signed an exclusivity agreement with London Graphene Ltd ("LGL") to jointly explore a number of applications of graphene in energy storage. This is were it is heading! Tim Harper is the driving force here and it's far too early to suggest the cash is just being used to pay director fees! | knigel
19/1/2014 09:15 | Get your facts right. There is cash because there has been two placings! (although the cash is less than 2p so the shares are trading at a premium to NAV so the risk is on the downside)...and it was not a floatation! When you have an agenda - get your facts right first. There are loads of AIM companies that have issued shares like confetti and only appear to use the cash to pay director fees. I'm not sure why you are just targeting one director of several AIM companies and not others? Seems personal to me....(and what about Tim Harper, the CEO? Mr Baldwin is not in charge here...) | knigel
19/1/2014 08:51 | Ive no idea why anyone would want to invest here.So obviously just an opportunist floatation on the back oftg e 'graphene' hype.No cash.No assets.Wheres it heading? Not sure how something thats zero can suddenly become more than zero. The maths doesnt stack up.It will go up and straight back down with all the mug punters onboard.Avoid.!! | apfindley
18/1/2014 23:34 | 237 is a top post. Read, absorb and try to learn you mugs with nothing but blind faith and closed minds. Rogues like Tim Baldwin ought not have a free pass to get away with their cons and rorts. Once a CEO/Director has been shown to be a bare-faced and unscrupulous liar as Tim Baldwin has (not just once but several times) how can anyone believe anything he says? | ih_212666
18/1/2014 20:01 | Ih, Thanks for filling me in. | a.fewbob
18/1/2014 12:00 | KNIGEL, you will have no peace from the guy we had to ban him from the TXO bb. NAI | newvest1 |
