What's the odds, TD, on SB pulling a rabbit out of the hat (2 rabbits in fact!) and CIC Fund & CIC Gold both listing in Frankfurt by the end of the month? I reckon it's a long shot and the odds are around a 100-1 for a couple of rank outsiders.

LOL, TD.

I see the gullible muppets on the lse CICC bb are moaning about Barclays taking their time transferring their shares to another broker. They are complaing they will not be able to trade for 5-6 weeks after they list. However that's immaterial at the moment because they have NOT yet listed!!

In fact they will be able to BUY with another broker who deals in Frankfurt listed shares (if they list in August). However they will not be able to SELL their existing holdings; surely that's immmaterial because they (sage, Joe, Aymesco1, etc) said they were NOT selling under any circumstances!! LOL.

I think in fairness thatToday 14:49running the business / businesses and giving advice is one thing .Listing ,and IPO`ing is something you need good advice for.Maybe blame the hired help!

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

You couldn't make it up! sage & Joe blame everyone bar the company for the delays! LOL. It's always someone else's fault. Yet this is a company (CICC) that is supposed to advise other companies on how to list; so why, oh wise one, would they need "hired help"? LOL. I suppose if the company told Joe & sage to stick their heads in a gas oven they would! LOL.

What I can't understand, enfranglais, is that sage doesn't believe everything TW writes (fair enough), but is prepared to believe everything SB tells him! This hypocritical approach is not unique to sage. It happens with so many shareholders on most (if not all) bb's. I suppose it's desperate shareholders lashing out at anyone (TW) who "knocks" their shares and hence their chance of getting their money back, let alone make a profit. Posters like sage wont face up to reality. They wont accept they made a mistake by investing in a company like CICC and cling to the vain hope that everything will come out right in the end.

PS. Shareholders like sage can have no excuse if they lose their money. They knew of SB's past history before CICC delisted: the Australian boy scout saga and the judge's pronouncement on SB: the Canadian newspaper report on SB 10 years ago: the dismal record of failed promises by CICR/CICC when listed in Canada and on AIM: the failed promises made by CICG: the Faberge egg exhibition.

sage is a fantasist who invested in a fantasy. It's the same old story; "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is"

Pappy - Could just be that TW warns about dodgy listed shares & the only listing that Stewpid can achieve, is a listing to Port or Starboard (before sinking without trace)?
He has as much chance of his money as an Aussie Boy Scout or Stewpid giving a warm reception to a process server!!!

I did warn you, GENISES, about your BNN shares (AIM listed, but operates in China). I suggested you consider selling when it met resistance at the upper Bollinger Band (circa 70p). It's currently down again today (over 8% currently) on no news! Now under 50p. Someone is dumping. Someone in the know? share price is currently resting on lower BB which may act as support. Could be worth buying again as a short term punt (a dead cat bounce back up), but the longer term chart is looking dire to me.

Another Chinese fantasy listed on AIM? It's looking like it. I thought you would have learnt your lesson with CICC/CICG. The lesson is clear; steer well clear of AIM listed companies listed on AIM!

They seem to be getting their knickers in a twist over on the lse CICC bb. Why? LOL. After all the RNS dated the 12th JUNE stated quite categorically that:

"The Company is in the process of a listing on the regulated Frankfurt Stock Exchange expected to be completed NO LATER than August 2017." (My Capitals).

That statement applied to both CIC Gold and CIC Fund. So no need to worry then! LOL.

Nothing happening with my one and only share, AMYT. Yawn! LOL.

Nothing happening with CICG/CICC either. Only 2 weeks to go if they are both to list in Frankfurt and no news yet. Am I surprised? No! Yawn! LOL.

I have not followed the company. I will take a look since it has grabbed the headlines. If I have understood the issues the key questions will be - how did TCM employ someone who was on the run from the US authorities for fraud? and, secondly what do the AIM authorities do to check the credentials of Chief Executives?

I'm enjoying the unfolding Telit (TCM) saga on SherProphets, TD. So many AIM high tech high fliers turn out to be a fantasy and in the case of TCM fraud is implied as well.

Evidently the CEO and founder, Ooozi Cats (he anglicised the spelling of his name from Uzi Katzs) and his wife are wanted in the USA (Boston) for mortgage fraud back in 1991. They did a runner.

Evidently there are scores of Uzi Katzs living in Boston according to the internet. It appears they don't actually exist, but are complete fabrications; no doubt to muddy the waters for the law enforcement agencies. Absolutely hilarious.

It also appears that many of TCM's distributors don't exist either! Again complete fabrications. Presumably used to inflate revenue and profit to increase the share price (the CEO recently sold shares to the value of over £20m) and get placings away and also to boost the CEO's salary and bonuses. It's looking likely that TCM's accounts are a pure fantasy! Telit could be another fraud like Globo.

A very entertaining story, unless you are a TCM shareholder! Fortunately I'd never heard of them until last week.

AIM shares can seriously damage your wealth!

The asylum are getting a bit confused again: "Not sure about the bonus shares but new shares are getting issued on a euro exchange , should hear more in the next week it looks like"

Jim V is a little ahead of himself, the tense should be conditional, and the condition is whether an exchange is prepared to list CICG. Let us wait and see, CICG were unable to convince the UK Listings Authority.

As they say it is always sensible to come before the regulators with clean hands it makes life a lot easier, eh Fatboy?

It has to happen this time. Fatboy has run out of rope - not that there is a knot at the end of it.

For your sake I hope that it happens, but as you will have detected from my posts I am cynical about this man's motives.

It pays to be young when you're a CICC/CICG shareholder; you have more chance of still being alive when they finally list (if they ever do?)! LOL.

PS. You must admit I was right about BNN. You should have followed my advice and sold when they broke above the upper Bollinger Band (circa 70p) intraday. There was no news to justify the preceeding 4 days of rises and intraday break up above the upper BB and volume was low. I predict they will drop back down towards the lower BB (currently circa 50p). I suggested selling when it hit the upper BB or just prior to it hitting so you wouldn't have got the best price available (circa 73p), but you could have sold and bought them all back today and still have had cash left over! Actually it would be better to wait before buying back in as it's probably going lower in the short term. Personally I wouldn't touch BNN with a barge pole! However I hope it comes good for you.

LOL, GENISES. Will I "still be around" next year? Who knows? Will you be around in another year? I go down the gym every day so I'm doing my best to be around next year! I can still do 25 chin ups and 75 proper press ups in one go! Not bad for a 72 year old myna(h) bird, or parrot! LOL. Of course I could drop dead tomorrow. Now that would, no doubt, please sage, slowfast, goulding, & Aymesco1 to name, but a few! LOL.

"can wait another year". If the listings in Frankfurt don't take place in 2017, GENISES, you'll have no option, but to wait another year as you can't trade the bloody shares if they aren't listed. Have you written your will? If so who's the unlucky beneficiary of the CICC & CICG shares? LOL.

Let's hope we're both still alive and kicking and posting on this bb this time next year. Will we be talking about when CICC & CICG are going to list, or the current sp's, this time next year?

EDITED: Sentence should read "Have you written your will? If so who's the unlucky beneficiary of the CICC & CICG shares?"

We have held back for years at your behest but we are proverbially starving. It will be about time that you get something right and we can eat our words. Unfortunately I do not think that it will be on this dog (albeit that every dog has its day).

I still cannot work out why Fatboy is interested in floating companies - but that may be the cynic in me.
