Paps, no great surprises there! As we said sometime ago the CIC stable will be forced out of mainstream exchanges. Most businesses announce their plan B when plan A fails. Most normal boards update their shareholders on why they are unable to list. CICG is not normal, nor is the BOD, and that is why there is a pathetically threadbare RNS.

I see that Mixi is still wittering on about inability to disclose while a listing process is underway. No listing should therefore equal transparency for long suffering CICG shareholders. Likewise it is hardly credible for 'CICC' to pursue its listing with UKLA in the light of CICG. Shortly Fatboy should be completely unencumbered and able to release the last three years of accounts and current trading performance and updates. Don't hold your breath.

More likely that it is ding ding round three, the first two having now lasted three years. Chuffing borrox as they say Fatboy.

The parrot claims to have read Freud, but I'm sure the author would have had a field day with this particular bird.LOL!LOL!LOL!

"Try a good book, something by Freud perhaps."

It's because I've read "Freud" that makes me continue to read the CICG bb's (and post on this bb), sparty! LOL. I'm sure Freud would be amazed at how gullible some CICC/CICG investors still are; no doubt he could write a book on Aymesco1 if he were still alive!

PS. I post on AMYT which I hold. I sometimes read and post on a few bb's where I have been lucky enough to sell up before they were suspended and then delisted from AIM/standard listing. CICC/CICG/MTA come to mind. However very, very, little of my time is spent posting on advfn bb's. Check my posts out.

upon reflection "it" is probably Today 10:09 a minor bird...

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

So a "parrot" has turned into a "minor" bird! LOL. sage, despite his wise name describing venerable age, is a "minor" who hasn't grown up yet! He's got more gullible the older he's got; so gullible, in fact, he believes all he is told by the BoD! LOL.

At least I'm not a CICC/CICG shareholder, like you slowfast, so I'm NOT as sick as a parrot having LOST all my investment!! LOL.

Rise Today 21:09 You want your answers ring the Bod it's simple or stay on here and moan!

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

But will the BoD give you the RIGHT answers? Now that's the real question you want answered! Something I would have thought Aymesco1 would have realised after he posted he was lied to by the BoD's of MTV, TRP and PYC.

The trouble is when you phone the BoD they will give you their version of the story behind today's RNS, but they WILL NOT give you the regulators version. When you phone the BoD they will only give you one side of the argument; THEIR side! Ring the BoD and you are getting a biased viewpoint!

I'd be fascinated to hear the reason(s) according to the regulators behind today's delisting of CICG! Perhaps we would only know those reason(s) if CICG were unwise enough to sue the regulators in the UK courts.

no ,that will come after the cancellation takes effect ..then I suspect the company will be looking for some legal satisfaction in the uk courts from the regulators..I know I would

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

LOL. LOL. And on what legal grounds would CICG have to sue the regulators in the UK courts, oh wise one? LOL. Pray tell us, we are all dying to know!

The completely deluded Mixi on the other thread: "The UKLA have erected walls all around their activities. Therefore, the only thing that an update can say re the listing process is zilch, zero, nothing. Otherwise they will delay even further. The BOD, can say nothing to shareholders, no matter how many times you might call them, as I have found out."

Mixi the listing process does not stop the Directors from filing the last three years of accounts in the case of CICC. Shareholders have a lot of money tied up in this delisted stock and the Directors have a duty to account for their actions. They have not done so and therefore it is hardly surprising that an associated bunch of directors have difficulty listing associated legal entities.

You do a disservice to other shareholders by providing Fatboy with a fig leaf on the bbs. By the way very good to see some ex-asylum members posting on t'other thread. Unfortunately in your case it does not appear to have worked.

CICC (previously named CICR) and CICG are fantasies. The shareholders who still believe that they will make their fortunes from them are delusional fantasists. They still believe there is the proverbial crock of gold at the end of the CICC/CICG rainbow. They'll probably go to their graves believing it, such is the strength of their belief. Being a believer in CICC/CICG is almost like being a member of a religious cult; no amount of logical argument, TD, will sway them from that belief.

AMEN. lol

PS. WRN & CTAG believers are similar to CICC/CICG believers in their cult like beliefs. Greedy people who wont let go of their dreams

Nuff said.
