The other thing with the issue of shares to directors also means nothing is known to CHL or deals been done behind closed doors as this would be using knowledge that is not in the public domain, so forget a out of court settlement in the near term and any thorough conclusion by Sept.All IMHO

RNS of 1st July.....Issue of SharesChurchill Mining plc (AIM: CHL), ("Churchill" or the "Company") announces that it has today issued a total of 517,425 new Ordinary Shares to Directors and the Company Secretary at a an average issue price of 18.36 pence per share in lieu of cash fees payable for the period 1 January to 30 June 2016 ("Remuneration Shares").Directors' fees have been paid by the issue of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company since 1 April 2012. The change to the Directors' terms of engagement was one of a number of measures agreed to by the Directors and subsequently enacted by the Company at the time to preserve its cash reserves. In the current and future years, it is the intention that remuneration shares will be issued twice yearly i.e. in July in respect of the six months to 30 June and in January in respect of the six months to 31 December, in each case at a price calculated on the monthly volume weighted average mid-market price of the Company's Ordinary Shares for the relevant period. further information about...have I missed something is the above share purchase old news? surely we would have had an RNS about this?

Mr. Rossinsky commenced his banking career at Deutsche Bank AG in New York, subsequently holding corporate assignments at Deutsche Bank AG in Essen, Germany and, as Deputy General Manager, at Deutsche Bank AG in Jakarta, Indonesia. Relocating to Singapore in 2000, and until joining Lumen Capital Investors Pte Ltd as a co-founding Director at inception nearly four years ago, he spent the majority of his time developing the private wealth management business for Societe Generale as Managing Director, South East Asia.
He effectively replaces Rachmat Gobel, who is stepping down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Rossinsky has been appointed as a nominee of GL Global Investments Ltd which holds a 15.92% shareholding in Churchill.

nobody buys then mm comes in say 24.25 but spike shown on chart.

Well they're currently giving 23.6p for a sell so spread is tighter than published.

creating 23.5 24.5
He then jumped back 24 bid which was snapped up maybe damage done ?

maybe some buys and sells to show later ?

Same as when it spikes because an mm moves leaving only the others that are standing back out of the action showing before they reorganise themselves.

Only 2 mms really playing and 1 upset apple cart by moving to same side as the other.
He moved back quick but set some nerves off maybe.

For last couple of wks any dip has proved to be a buying op

mms and punters extra jitterry as we go through resistances 24 and 25 but we had sailed through this morning.
