For a start ROI didnt run rings around legal team, they lied and deceived and the legal team were sent on wild goose chase, in the end by mutual consent it was decided to employ a top team which is precisely what our current legal team is.
No more chasing shadows and if you look at the last 7 8 months it is ROI that have been given the runaround.
The facts, as we know them point to ROI having great difficulty coming out of this with any sort of credibility.

Will the president of the ROI allow the decision to be published if the decision goes against them?I am sure both parties will be told when the decision is to be made, so he has to make up his mind whether exposure to criticism could lead to a possible lack of investment from other countries or whether it is worth trying to brazen it out and stretch the case as far as it can go to avoid paying compensation.Over to you Mr. President.

Like Masarap has stated there are a number of articles on the web where CHL and its subsidiaries mention the licenses were worth over $2b, but they are claiming $1.3b. They are letting the respondents know that if you challenge that number we will go for a higher figure.

Will be interesting if ROI go for the bait and settle early...
