13/5/2016 18:47 | bad robot you are a numpty. | neo26
13/5/2016 16:04 | Hi Billy This chart does not support your comment unfortunately. Support been 10p-12p, although it did trade at mid price 17p for 2-3 months. what I trying to say, commenting on trades is not conducive at this point in time. There was a trade of 140K sell I believed a few days ago but of course no comments were made about it. As a matter of facts, there have been a series of 50K sells in the last 2-3 days. Biased reporting is wrong,IMHO. This is basically a do or die punt. Anyway good luck to you. Hope this helps | bad robot
13/5/2016 15:57 | ?? There has been support/resistance over the past 9 months at the 17-19p range | sportbilly1976
13/5/2016 15:47 | Hi Billy what a load of piffle. Do you know what's white noise? Just a bleep. There's no support please see the chart below. It will give up. Hope this helps | bad robot
13/5/2016 15:30 | nice bump up on a 50k with 100k buy paying a reasonable premium :) | sportbilly1976
13/5/2016 13:16 | we are dealing with the mafia :-) | neo26
13/5/2016 11:56 | After losing the election Prabowo was threatening to cause havoc for President Widodo's term of office. What if anything did President Widodo offer to Prabowo to bring this dramatic change involving rather forced embraces and smiles? | masarap
13/5/2016 11:14 | Now now Debbie, Mr Noor might sue you for saying that. lol | neo26
13/5/2016 10:55 | Pug, that's certainly a possibility despite the evidence we are aware of suggesting that the claimed anomalies (autopen / reference numbers) existed on other licenses that were sanctioned. Also, initialing of the CHL survey licenses by key officials suggests, contrary to their evidence, that they were aware and indeed sanctioned the licenses. I think DQ has made the point that much of the ROI case in this authenticity phase rests on Isran Noor saying, amongst other things, he was tricked into signing the Exploitation Licenses. Aside from the fact that all the licenses were recorded in the Regent's log book, his claim no longer has any validity or relevance because his evidence has been struck out. | masarap
13/5/2016 10:49 | Masarap This is a muddy affair, i feel for the Roi lawyers as they have had to change stories numerous times, i bet they are somewhat embarrassed. Well not long till June now, maybe all will be revealed. | neo26
13/5/2016 10:44 | Churchill's lawyers asked for this latest ROI about turn to be discounted because it wasn't raised at the hearing and consequently CHL were deprived of the opportunity to answer and call appropriate witnesses. | masarap
13/5/2016 10:36 | neo26, not so as ROI changed their story again: "In June 2015, by way of an RNS announcement the Company noted the fact that Indonesia no longer alleged that Churchill participated in the alleged scheme to defraud Indonesia. In its first Post Hearing Brief however, and in spite of the fact that on two prior occasions Indonesia represented that it was not and had never accused Churchill or its officers of forgery or fraud, Indonesia once again changed its case such that it once again made allegations of forgery and fraud against Churchill (rather than Ridlatama alone). These new allegations by Indonesia were not part of the case Indonesia presented at the August Document Authenticity hearing and focused on a former Company executive who was not present at the August hearing and who Indonesia did not request for cross examination." | masarap
13/5/2016 10:30 | Icsid may allow the possibility of the earlier licences being dodgy but decide that the later uncontested licenses make that irrelevant. Isran Noor has stated he was 'tricked' by the earlier licences but as we know failed to show for cross examination. Icsid judgements are often many layered. | pug151
13/5/2016 10:23 | If you look at the Icsid notes they have asked both parties to respond by providing legal opinions on the situation if forgery proved. So DQ will have seen our full legal argument . | pug151
13/5/2016 10:22 | rossannan Roi have conceded that CHL were not part of any fraud, they are pointing the finger at the former partners Ridlatama.. | neo26
13/5/2016 10:15 | pug151 So why are Roi behaving like spoilt brats then? Why delay by defaulting on their payments due? Why at every possibility are they undermining the tribunal.. | neo26
13/5/2016 10:06 | I think DB is correct. There is also the possibility that ICSID will be unable to give a definite answer to the forgery question. | pug151
13/5/2016 09:52 | Rossamon sorry thats wrong ! If we lose but we bought our licenses in good faith/always paid our dues to correct autorities etc and another party had forged them ie Ridlatama that when the law of estoppel comes into play. We have done research/group discussion and googled it. I seem to remember that consensus was we would get between 30 and 50% of what we would otherwise expect to get if the licences are and always have been genuine. Thats why DQ said even if we were to lose its not over. | debbiegee
13/5/2016 09:33 | Or is this just a bluff by Quinlivan, i.e we know the valuation understates the true position and we would love the opportunity to revalue it, or we secretly know it's overvalued but are ROI willing to take the risk and have it revalued? Either way, if it gets to this stage I think it means that ROI has conceded they are at fault. Just means a lot more time wasting. | theorb
13/5/2016 00:55 | Yes Masarap as DQ described it we await a gateway event. | pug151
12/5/2016 22:11 | Quinlivan made interesting comment in the lastest podcast, he state no matter the result of the tribunal on authenticity, the case will not end their. In a previous presentation he stated we are quietly confident of winning the authenticity case. Its going to be interesting if we win the authenticity case then it goes to the merit, Roi may claim the resources to be not economically viable, then chl can reevaluate their $1.3b compensation package which they believe should be close to $2b. | neo26 |
