Debbie cannot ban 'blue' posters so most just filter the attention seeking irritants.

Churchill don't need cash for some time as their Chairman, David Quinlivan, stated this week they currently have circa $2m and will not raise prior to the authenticity decision. I assume that $2m doesn't include the $200,000 that will be refunded by ICSID after ROI belatedly paid their fees without explanation for their default.

If CHL win the authenticity of documents decision then the share price will be substantially higher. ROI will have played most if not all their cards and may choose to settle in order to help attract internaitonal investment or they may choose to go the full distance. David Quinlivan estimated this 'full distance' would take 12 to 18 months and he has said they will need between $3m and $5m for that. I can't see them having to issue more than 10m shares (demand will be high if CHL win on authenticity) and using a litigation funder would be completely unnecessary.

That BR is a w@nker, I rarely post these days, but he never gives up till he gets his prize just like in Yell and GKP, clearly a licentious person.

He loves goading any rebels, don't give him the ammunition. I don't think he's wicked but most probably a shark. Why Debbie is not banning him? His goal is to disrupt, then pick on the scared & weak ones, that's the ultimate goal.

Is it true CHL needs cash? I thought they got £300K something 2-3 months ago? or is he seeding fears into punters mind?

Punters on leverage could get wiped out if MMS mark it down if placement has been done. Newbies should know CHL need about £4m-£5m.

So placement at 10p best case scenario. They have to do it quick. IMHO

The chart does not lie, there's no support. Forced sellers. Fallacious claim IMHO.

Most probably being held up artificially as placement offering is in place and possibly forward selling. There are no other reasons for MMS to try to support apart share issue is being done/ has been done.

It`s taken a very long time just to get to this stage of the arbitration- - One reason is I think The ROI just hope that CHL run out of money and basically go away and not cause any embarrasment to them. Clearly it costs time and money to keep going....Good on CHL for doing that. Patience required. lots of it.

The thing that interests me about CHL chances are

1)If the allegation of forgery by chl or radlatama were concrete why did the man in charge at the time Isran Noor fail to attend the hearing to be cross examined?

2)If ROI were certain that they broke no rules when licenses were revoked why did they challenge the jurisdictions of the ICSID proceedings, why not go along?

3)Why claim forgery by CHL/ridlatama and then fail to provide documents to the tribunal, someone who think they are right will not leave out documents. Doesn't make sense....

4)Why delay paying your share of the tribunal fees...

Beware the lowlife rampers have stated, it's going to be a closed group now. It's obvious the only narrative is pump pump pump.

Today we got the confirmation what many of us have always suspected, diddiegoon is orchestrating another failed pump and dump scheme.
