ross-i was thinking first qtr of next year latest!(must confess i don't know the average time of these interim hearings-guess you've looked at it)

with so many good opportunities out there who would tie there money up in this...

ps-and as i write some very short term traders are probably legging it already :)

I think the results of the largely meaningless 'interim hearing' are a given and already in the price.
Indeed we are doing a massive injustice by calling it a 'hearing' at all.
It was a technical application for Dismissal of the arbitration or to be precise an ICSID Procedural Order .
The queen ramper likes to change the words 'procedural order' with 'hearing' so to make people believe it has some actual reverence to the actual unheard final hearing yet to be arranged.
Chl did not put it's case up on show or lay out its claim at all .
It just defended itself against a bogus claim that it had forged documents.PERIOD!


The application never had any real merit, it was just a tool used to
A. lengthen the process
b drain some more cash from CHL.
it worked on both counts......

i really hope you are not pinning your hopes on that result for a sustained rally in the share price.?

Let me make this absolutely clear, despite outright lies on the other thread by the well know ramper.
Winning this claimed forged document Procedural Order does not make CHL case a straightforward win at the final arbitration.The final hearing starts from scratch.
That is where the real defense wll be unfurled.

Yes so do I.

The Indo's will try and stretch it out to run CHL out of funds again,IMO.

And of course there is an overhang at this level,so we may tread sideways for a while from this point.

It's hard to see any OOCS when the claim is so large, the only one I could possibly see would be if they gave the property back.

And at current coal prices I doubt CHL would want it back!

Let's exhaust the hot air here and do the maths , interim in march had admin expenses at $934k for 6 months a similar figure to the previous year so lets say $1.8 mill a year.
or 1.2 mill gbp - 100,00k gbp per month


cash 1.3 MIL pounds
placings x2 =1.5 MIL pounds
total 2.8 mill pounds
minus
admin since interims 600k-900k (with costs of recent procedural order claim)

cash left circ 2 mill or 20 months


possible 3 years plus till outcome, i thinks there will be plenty of opportunity in the future to top up.
I would expect admin to spike during the hearing and drop after the hearing so it should even itself out.
I expect at lest another 1 or 2 placings yet.

where are you getting 9 months from,i seriously doubt there will be oocs even next year..

last update re court case was 14 Aug when they mentioned several months,if we take another 9 months from today ,your saying 11 months in total ie around July time?

are you talking about the interim hearings?

the mark downs and then small marks up are consistent with mm trying to suck in buyers.
I would not be surprised to see this tactic repeated over and over against this level now a large overhang of shares are available at this price.

I totally agree with your #24149,it's about time the relevant authorities took a long hard look at who is posting here.

BB's are very dangerous places for the newbie naive investor, how much money has been lost here over the years by people believing the lies of other posters?

QPP is a recent example, as is CHL on the rise from the last pump and dump.

These guys are just playing with people, everyone should ignore what they post..

indeed a spike down usually goes hand in hand with his ramps, i really am amazed he has any money left with his constant unraveling of his appalling foray into daily 'get rich quick' shares that inevitably do the opposite.

Not one of his thousands of posts ever have talked about a companies fundamental values or him setting out a case for investment.
All of his tens of thousands of posts are all , 'get in quick" 'going to blow'- 'mm moving up'- '200% soon',. ect ect ect.posted after he has bought to try and get suckers in so he can cash out with a very short term gain.,
I would argue that criminals like this need removing from advfn.

Really nice to see one of advfn most despised ramping parasites from the top rampers thread , more4ramp getting strung out on here.
Self confessed short term momentum trader, he is well and truly trapped here after buying that ' in talks ' spike for attempted short term gain with over 5k loss.
He bought 10k at 52p and again at 19p.
You may have read the disgusting ramps of his on the day of the placing.

Any big participant in the placing that did not want to keep their shares would have shorted or sold before the placing,so this is just someone who needs the cash
or sees a better short term investment elsewhere IMO.

Time and time again we see on these boards the same thing. When an individual is posting unto 100 lies and jam tomorrow posts day on a thread and trying to block out any one else opinion that does not match their's, then it's best to be suspicious

Debbie will dress her censorship of others up aa 'criminal derampers' paid boiler room criminals' or literally anything.
However make no mistake these are all just the same tactics she uses time and time again on many advfn threads to try and get people to not listed to differing opinion and get caught up in her ramping operation.

We never placed with bucket shops yet but only to longterm major holders who have never sold.
Cant speak for Northland capital though.
Up to 2% gone to unknown holders this time and RNS says they welcome New shareholders .
Wonder who they are as we have always been lucky until now but unless they go past 3% they are incognito .

I cant remember share price going below placing price either.
