Compare the list above with last weeks RNS.Not a lot of buying from the directors, so who picked up most of the shares?Something going on in the background, I think!

What has happened to Rachmat Gobel? If he is still with GL Global, then what has happened to their holding? 19 million to just over 10 million. Is this correct?

laughable seeing' trapped in CHL' rossannan spending all weekend deramping oxus only to see it fly this morning.
The irony of his posts on OXUS compared to on his CHL ones are , well truly unbelievable.

Daddy do you really put any wight whatsoever behind the house broker who carried out the placing issuing a bullish note on the same?

The important factor about this pacing is clear to any normal minded individual. Extra cash at this time would not be required if settlement talks close talks (if they indeed actually existed) were about to settle this dispute.

patviera, it's only blue posters who can mark down posts. I know who it is - I just wanted to confirm my opinion of him, which indeed has happened.

Anyway, enough of that. This thread is about CHL.

The Indos defeated Rothschild. They are specialists in pulling legal rabbits out of hats to complicate and prolong matters.

rossannan,

I bet you they are CONTINUOUSLY ongoing!

It will be a mix of normal and high intensity periods, all at a premium rate as is the prerogative of lawyers the world over!

legal fees are always an issue, and will continue to drain the coffers here until a decision is made one way or the other.

I'm not holding my breath for an early resolution, I''m sure the Indo's understand "game management" as much as my football team do, and both will use it equally to their advantage.

patviera,

Your logic is faulty I believe - CHL is either going to make its shareholders a great deal of money or it will be worthless. Since, if you buy, you are going with 'a great deal of money', why wait until 15p to buy ? Why not buy now ? You lose very little if it multi-bags and you don't run the risk of a sudden OOC settlement and miss your chance.

I believe the ticking clock delay tactics have been mentioned before

When you have legal beagles to pay at £600 per hr plus expenses , money soon goes.

But Dave there is always a price at which buyers will appear of this is so binaryIs rather have good odds and a potential 20 bagger than put it in black at the casinoI'm a buyer at 15p now

I think the odds are more than 50 50 '
Roi have used every trick to string the case out in the hope that we would run out of money.
The share price today IMO is not a reflection of whether we will win or not.
Statements like the result could take months sees the hot money leave although most wait in the wings to buy cheaper.
