25/1/2006 13:47 | This has to be the most obvious short around although you cannot short in large quantinties. Floated at 150p with 20 mil ready for investments, it's now worth over 70 million. Would you pay 7 quid for something that is worth 2 pounds ? That's what you are doing here, i dont care how good the guys track record is, this is overvalued by at least 120p. | quotes_4_u
24/1/2006 22:11 | thanks Sandbank | cottlet
23/1/2006 23:12 | In essence this is a bet on Mr Ray Horney the chairman. Horney, 67, sold a white goods retailing business for £21m in 1985. Five years later he invested in a West Indian hotel chain that floated in 1994. He made £27m when the business was sold in 1997 and chairs Real Estate Opportunities, a quoted property firm based in Jersey, in which he has a £790,000 stake. He sold shares worth £4.6m last year and has about £3m of assets in seven other quoted companies, plus other wealth. | sandbank

17/1/2006 10:52 | (T 10's closing from £4+ a couple of weeks ago ??) | double6
17/1/2006 10:50 | What price to buy ?? 150p ?? | double6
13/1/2006 08:47 | happy to be long these, I agree, very volatile but this gives more opportunity to get long at decent levels | zowiecavie
12/1/2006 23:20 | after reading all creo bbs threads in my opinion your playing with fire its so volitile some charts show its really heading south while a few show an oversold position its so new a listing without any info its just not worth the punt HOWEVER i reckon it will go further south 2morrow hopefully 30-50p;and reach sub 100p then its going into totally uncharted territory started at 0.85p | gateway3
12/1/2006 11:30 | Well until Aprils deadline for cash shells.. | venomousviper
12/1/2006 11:20 | I hoped any would be buyers read this thread. Try and sell more than 1k and you will have to sell for a discount, the stock was floated at 150p and is a cash shell, it's still valued at twice the amount which cannot be justified, not even worth considering buying until below 250p offer, i'm sure it has long term prospects but a 20 mil cash shell cannot be valued at 50 mil+ until it has made some good investments, this company has just floated so plenty of time to get into this one. | quotes_4_u
12/1/2006 10:12 | Still at least 100p overvalued imho. Managed to get a small short away for coppers. | quotes_4_u
10/1/2006 17:37 | There's exactly the example needed to hopefully show that you could get trapped if you buy into this stock with more than a few k at current levels. 360-390p spread, somebody sells 4657 and gets 340p, that's what will happen when you come to sell, they let somebody buy 5k for a 10p discount to the offer but a seller gets hammered with a 20p discount to the bid. Be warned. | quotes_4_u
10/1/2006 11:57 | Online quotes again paint the real picture. 360p bid for just 15 shares, 387p offer for 1500 shares. Why is it up i've no idea, maybe the mm's want to tempt buyers because i still cannot believe how high this stock is. | quotes_4_u
09/1/2006 15:39 | another one is fti. only have £8 million to invest market cap £70 million cash shell there you have to make 800% return to get you cash back. And there are tons of warrants. | plainz
09/1/2006 15:31 | I dont see the logic in buying this stock when the market cap has soared to 70 million, if they only have 20 mil to invest then anybody buying the stock now is in theory having to wait until they treble the value of their investments and still wont have a profit if you went by NAV per share. | quotes_4_u
09/1/2006 15:05 | I think that this looks a very interesting prospect and have been grabbing a few here and there during the recent volatile movements. I think the upside could prove to be quite exciting DYOR | zowiecavie
09/1/2006 14:22 | Check out FAO guys!! | eggbird
09/1/2006 13:01 | Thanks pepi moon ! 20 million investment firm and now value at 70 million. I dont care how promising the future is for investment out in the far east this stock is just way too high at current levels. You have Emss, a cash shell with a similar amount and they are valued at no premium. | quotes_4_u
09/1/2006 11:23 | Dont suppose there's any spread companies willing to let you open a short on this ? Such is the tiny nms i doubt anybody will let you short it, very hard to find any info on this company, even the stock exchange website throws up no info just prices for this company, can advfn 72 mil market cap be right. Reality will set in eventually. | quotes_4_u
06/1/2006 18:07 | Delayed sells coming in now. That 3662 trade at 365p was done when the spread was 380-410p so it shows you that you cannot sell much without a big discount. | quotes_4_u
06/1/2006 14:27 | NBR is moving nicely, check it out before its too late!! | eggbird
06/1/2006 13:10 | This stock defies logic. A warning that no reason for the rise and 300p and now it's 400p, floated at 150p last week, it's gona drop out of the sky at some point, dont know why people are buying it at these levels. | quotes_4_u |
