Conveniently you omitted thisUpdate on ZambiaThe Board of CNE (AIM:CNEL), the AIM quoted engineering and technology solutions provider to the bioenergy sector, announces that, further to its announcement of 20 May 2016, Sunbird Bioenergy Africa Limited ("Sunbird") has been advised that the Investment Promotional and Protection Agreement ("IPPA") is expected to be signed on or around 30 June 2016.;)

The 2 june RNS only relates to Sunbird signing an IPPA with the government.

It then clearly states-

"Since its announcement of 20 May 2016, the Company confirms that there has been no significant progress with the project milestones noted. At this time, the Company is unable to advise further as to the expected timing of a formal contract with Sunbird but it reiterates that it remains the intention of all parties to enter into this contract and for the Zambia project to commence in 2016."

So CNEL have no contract with Sunbird and are not signing any contract untill milestone are met.

These milestone are stated in the 2 May RNS with regard to the IPPA -

"Whilst this is an important step in the process in the commencement of the project, it should be noted that there are a number of other project milestones to be concluded before a formal agreement being put in place between Sunbird and the Company. These milestones include an audit of the submitted draft feasibility study and conclusion of the environmental impact assessment which is underway.
It remains the intention of all parties to commence the project in 2016, as previously indicated, but this will be subject to conclusion of the milestones noted above and to financial closure."

The rampers are misleading you.

Just looking in here again. Why would the share price rise in anticipation of signing a contract which Mr Market is already assuming will be signed. And what actual revenue/profit will signing the contract deliver? (I assume it isn't $190M). Thanks for any info.

I really don't understand what people like AIMMafias' agenda is why keep going on about the same thing time and time again. I just filter regardless of whether they're bullish or bearish. They are just not helpful and need to change their pitch.
