It's a terrible move to sell now. IMO every hurdle is out of the way now.We know where we are with all the projects. We have had a date that the signature is likely to happen and Sounds to me that one party will be travelling to the other party to sign and don't want to commit to a date incase it differs slightly.North American project to complete and receive payment. No more placings required anytime soon.Speeding tickets have been issued because of the placing so that's them out of the way...Why on earth would you sell?

bizarre move to sell at this point. The perceived 'bad news' has already caused the price to tank. it seems extremely likely that it will recover from here and prbably to new highs.

I've dumped 200,000 of mine, not liking the over-exposure here & the fact this placing was announced so soon after the MOU news when they new money would have been needed. Topped up my RED holding instead.

Nice of you to bring KOOV up here, as you probably know, I am a large holder that with a 23p average. This stock is nothing like KOOV, but I agree with your comment. It was ramped up recently, possibly to get a placing under way, now that this is done, I am happy to buy and hold here.

The Placees know they are on to winner, matter of time really.

Maybe, similar to KOOV yesterday, the price was agreed several weeks ago, when the price was lower.
KOOV is currently around the 50p mark and announced a placing yesterday at 25p. No negative effect on the price.
