23/7/2009 10:41 | the price is stabilised. excellent. | qipincha
23/7/2009 10:36 | Great chart fab stock | risk1
23/7/2009 10:05 | Apologies for yesterday's verbosity, had too many beers. With WCC and MML as my largest holdings, I got a bit excited! CBI is my smallest holding, so I'm not too bothered about it, but I see the realistic (as opposed to catastrophic) downside over the next year or so as about 50%, whereas I see the realistic upside to be about 400%. That's why it stays in my portfolio! :0) | taurusthebear
23/7/2009 08:13 | 100,000 shares is more manageable I think; I got rid of another 25000 ysterday so thats where I am now and and will happily hold. Not that that size is very tradeable either but I feel more comfortable at that level. Good luck all. | campomar2
23/7/2009 07:19 | More to the point lets hope you stay the course! You have already indicated you want to bring your holding to a tradeable size (whatever that is).If the prospects are as good as you say, then perhaps hold for larger gains | jon389
23/7/2009 07:15 | I wondered where it had got its shove from; the investor trader article answers the question. Lets hope all those that piled in from that article stay the course. | campomar2
22/7/2009 19:33 | some links of news copied from the other website: https://www.buyandho | qipincha
22/7/2009 12:24 | But its not as simple as that is it? None of us know what the general market conditions will be like in September and October with quite a few well respected commentators saying that the recovery is a mirage and we will retest the lows. I have followed this share for some time. During the market fall earlier this year, this fell to 3p on hardly any sells at all, the problem made all the worse by there only being EVO's prepared to trade. So as good as this looks, and it does look good, if the whole market falls off a cliff again, this will too. Summer trading is not real as a lot of participants are away from their desks. So you cant blame anyone for wanting to bank an 80% profit made in a matter of weeks. Incidentally I sold 25000, leaving me with 125,000 shares. I wanted to sell 50,000; the market maker quoted me 1/2p less than the bid price for that so I said no but will look to top slice again when I can leaving a more tradable size. | campomar2
22/7/2009 12:15 | I disagree. People selling at 8.5-9.5p are selling because they don't know what the share price will do. If they thought it would be 20p in 2 months time, they'd presumably hold, even if on T-trades. The fact is that many people play the Stock Market without any appreciation for value, only for price! :0) | taurusthebear
22/7/2009 12:12 | We want a couple of weeks consolidation now, trading in a range around 8-9p. It doesnt matter what share it is and how good its prospects, nothing can defy gravity and its human nature for those sitting on a big short term profit to want to cash in. If they do. good luck. Long term this will go higher. Just depends what your time frame is. | campomar2
22/7/2009 11:56 | Blimey, if the posters on this thread are anything to go by, it's no wonder Stock Markets have been so volatile over the past couple of years! Or should that be since the Internet, and the likes of ADVFN, were instigated? I can see the argument for not holding a beat-up stock for 20 years (how many 'Glaxos' and 'Next's do you get?), but not holding a beat-up stock for longer than 20 minutes? Give me a break! :0) | taurusthebear
22/7/2009 10:58 | just pick up some share | qipincha
22/7/2009 10:51 | Starting to recover. Can we expect another blue day, surely not? | robandkerry
22/7/2009 10:27 | some flair from the cfo, she's my kind of girl i reckon :) | aim11
22/7/2009 10:26 | the cfo just put in 2 months salary before close period lol...u think 70k shares isn't much, well how much do u reckon she earns? if u read the annual report notes, its only like £20k a year...:) | aim11
22/7/2009 10:17 | don't be panic plan to buy in when it is low it has went down when it reached 6p last month, and see the price now... | qipincha
22/7/2009 09:59 | sorry big whooopppeeee cushion noise....parabolic spike ..its not going to go up 30% a day forever! | moreforus
22/7/2009 09:44 | Im more than happy to hold this. Still at a massive discount to true worth, and with a shortage of stock, the price could jump up again really quickly. Directors buying is also a good sign. | robandkerry
22/7/2009 09:29 | hold my nerve? i'm going to hold onto my balls and pray! :) to be honest i was agonising yesterday afternoon when it hit 10.38 whether or not to sell. my gut told me it had topped out and i should sell and wait to buy back in cheaper, but the spread was massive so I bottled it and held. Did that with MEC as well :/ I'm happy to hold as I think that this will surpass 10p in the short term once this retrace has finished. Things only go down in a straight line. | duncancosgrove
22/7/2009 08:43 | I prefer the share go steady rather than go up sharply... feel comfortable if the share price go down a bit after significant gain yesterday. | qipincha
22/7/2009 08:42 | Expect it to go down a bit more as the boy traders leave, maybe even as far as 8p. Time to get out in any decent volume was yesterday afternoon, IMO. The best thing about not trading is that you don't have to stress over such things. :0) | taurusthebear
22/7/2009 08:42 | i,m out sold 20000 at iop and put the profit into se. | chicken charlie
22/7/2009 08:40 | This was to be expected. Nothing goes up in a straight line. | robandkerry
22/7/2009 08:34 | The expected pull back is underway. Who's going to hold their nerve? | campomar2 |
