08/9/2011 05:37 | Why would he sell a million? So that our new man can pull in another company that is not listed now [in the form of an RTO.!! In effect CLS is just a shell today, its listng on AIM comes in for just about free. That is what i think the game plan is. Our new man tells us CLS was the best of the lot when he went fishing.!! | tara7
07/9/2011 22:30 | Hi tara7 - Now , I made a few quid on these back in 2006 . O.K. bought £2226 worth on 17/10/2006 . Sold for £2935 on 14/11/206 . Alrighty £700 for two phone calls in a month ain't bad ! Believe me I have done worse . Kept my eye on them ever since . I am so tempted to shove a coupla grand back in them . One thing worries me however . That would be Peter Litten selling just over a million on 17/08/2011 . I am not asking for financial advice , but I would welcome your feelings as to why he sold . Incidentaly - Their website in 2006 was one of the best I have ever seen . The people lighting up their tent with candles against an American city skyline at night. This was stunning quality , as a lead in to a video of what they do . Bit disappointed it is no longer on their site . John . | 2trying
07/9/2011 12:24 | Level Two 2 V 1.!! | tara7
06/9/2011 14:59 | In todays market the MM are often more than happy to sell what they do not own.[in the hope they can buy in stock cheaper in the weeks /months ahead.] Very low free float here and company is aso buying back its own stock. | tara7
06/9/2011 14:21 | Not too hard to buy. Just bought £2000 worth @ 9.28p on a fill or kill. Let's see how they go from here over the next six months. Hard to see there is much downside, looking at the tiny market cap. Not a 10 bagger in the near term but this could easily double and a bit more. | bensdad2
06/9/2011 11:45 | Level Two now 3 V 1.!! | tara7

06/9/2011 07:06 | If ever a stock that can 10 bag fast it must be this , [in my view] Very little stock around, growth, and cash in the bank. A tiny profit would see these jump | tara7
06/9/2011 06:54 | Some very upbeat and complimentary comments by both, happy to hold. DC | daicaprice
06/9/2011 06:53 | Well done Tara. | share_shark
06/9/2011 06:41 | From todays RNS Mr. Hale said, "Having reviewed numerous companies in the UK communications area, I identified cheerful as the stand out business in its sector for a number of reasons. I believe it has significant potential for organic growth and expansion into related areas; it has a strong management team with an enviable record of delivering highly creative, results driven and award winning products, on time and on budget; it has a loyal and growing blue-chip client base; and it benefits from a healthy balance sheet with no debt and substantial cash in the bank. I am therefore delighted to be part of the team and a major shareholder." cheerful CEO, Peter Litten, said "Over the last few years cheerful has grown into an established company with cutting edge products and an award winning team. I am looking forward to working closely with Michael and building on our success as we continue to deliver innovative and value-added corporate communication solutions for our clients as well as overall improved bottom line performance." | tara7

18/3/2011 07:30 | Don't be blaming Tara he/she has invested their own capital and researched this thoroughly not fair to blame someone like that its totally uneccessary imo | rico_suave
18/3/2011 07:27 | If you care to read the header for my ten for 2011 you will see i make a note re profit warnings. Re CLS. This stock is valued at cash, so a bid, [RTO] and or company share buy backs may well be on the cards. | tara7 |
