Well, that was not what we were looking for.!!

On the bright side the company is Now valued at cash[£700k] and may still B/E for the full year.

Sell up then Oregano, this stock has doubled over the last year and in my view should do the same this year.

Watch out for more share buybacks after you have left town.!!

what am i missing? turnover declined by 9% half on half, margins went down, they made a loss and NTAs decreased. Margins expected to rise "somewhat" doesn't smack of optimism.

So for just £400k you get this little gem[less the cash on the books]

With turnover jumping, and margins on the up the company should turn a profit for the full year.

In effect that will be a profit on the £400,000

I am also of the view this company can /will be used as a shell for a huge deal as the directors have spent the last 3 years cleaning it up.

Morning All
Pretty solid set of Interim's with a stronger 2nd half expected. Happy to hold.

that is a pretty underwhelming trading statement. not sure why the new businesses acquired should not contribute to growth this half. Does anyone have any idea what the market expectations they refer to are?

a key point here is that CLS is exposed to Enterprise customers, not SMEs and consumers who are struggling at the moment. Big corporate is awash with cash.

12 months ago, Cash was £900k, debtors £168k, Net Tangible Assets £883k.
6 months ago cash was £632k, debtors £507k, NTAs £928k.

Why the fall in cash? it was down to one large customer who took a long time paying. the point is that in this environment, i wouldn't be too worried about bad debts, we will probably see debtors back down to normal levels.

Position in forthcoming numbers. assume profits generated have added to cash, and some debtors converted;
Cash £900k, debtors £340k. NTAs £1,030.

if cash is lower than that, but debtors higher, i wouldn;t be worried given my points above about credit exposure and customers.

direction and growth in the business is more important. Clear indications that we will see some strong year on year growth which will lead to a re-rating.
