Loooool...the fake filter is off. £600k in remuneration last year....daylight robbery. Shareholders should be in revolt or calling for PC Plod to investigate. Instead you are calling for company funds and taxpayers dough to be spent on...prosecuting Finchy. Dunce and grass on steroids.

Flinchy..one of your earlier pieces...

Totally. AP, Julie and Jock took the big bucks. Chairman George and a couple of others waived it through. All should be doing time.

Suggesting the BOD should be "doing time" ie alleging criminality...

Sounds like libel to me...

You're out of your depth son..

Mr. Finch!
No disclosure. You only get document discovery in America, not in UK.
Your job in court (should you be so stupid as to go that far) would be to prove the factual truth of what you have alleged in public, which includes serious allegations of criminal behaviour. This, of course, is impossible.
Your best option now is to grovel and accept whatever terms you're offered. Basic damages in such an event would normally start at around £500K. Reputations are expensive and must be protected.

BTW, with each post on this board you are aggravating the libels and digging yourself deeper and deeper into a hole. I was more than half-serious when I advised you to never post here again, sign off, cancel your e-mail account, smash up your computer and phone, and pray.
Sorry, mate, but you've only got yourself to blame. You really are one prize moron.

Eland Platinum. 2007. The Pourolis family sold it to Xstrata for $1bn. Yes, $1,000,000,000. It's public record. E.g.:

Lord help you if you don't even know that. You really have no idea who you are tangling with, do you? You are so, so screwed.
Forgive me for laughing my head off.

Lool...AP made 100s of millions from the sale of Eland oil & Gas. Where did you get that 'fact' from?

I think that it's the age old issue of people just egging each other on and getting braver and braver with the boldness and harshness of their claims. In this day and age..nothing ever disappears off the Internet and nothing can't be restored. Hopefully the BOD pick up on the comments here and sue them into oblivion.

The trio are brave or foolish for sure.
AP is a very rich man - he made hundreds of millions of dollars from the sale of Eland fifteen years ago - so he hardly lacks the funds to employ top lawyers to crush these three idiots. And as a director of several public companies he literally must defend his business reputation.
The accusations - "criminal mastermind", "con artist", "fraudster" etc. - are plainly libellous (and absurd). And aggravated by constant repetition on a public forum.
Even an immediate concession and a full out of court apology and settlement is going to cost these idiots mid six figure sums each. I'd love to know how they are going to explain that to their wives etc. when the legal letters drop through their letterboxes!
My guess is they thought they were truly anonymous on here. Which, or course, is a mistake.
Stupid as a word doesn't really cover their utter imbecility. I don't know a word that does.

Another spot on post.

If...as the trio allege..the BoD are nothing but crooks...and are rinsing the comapny of £££..then I would seek to neutralise that threat and get the libel lawyers involved.

Can't imagine they would be happy with what is written on here.

And I can imagine they could do some nasty legal damage.

They are certainly brave for what they commit to writing on here...
