Mr. Finch! - If you publish blatant libels on a public forum you should be ready to pay the substantial damages that the law demands. There is nothing unfair about that. Actions have consequences.

The three of you "trolls" egged each other onto into publishing more and more outlandish, fantastical, and wildly offensive lies. I suppose you calculated that you could shelter behind your apparent anonymity on here, but if so you calculated wrong.

How about Julie on Proactive Investors TV back in August last year promising 7 wells this year (3 offshore and 4 onshore). And BB probably was onto something regarding Soc Gen. First SocGen is leaving the oil & gas space. Second SocGen charges big bucks which Chariot did not have. Third the sort of partner Chariot was after dont need no SocGen. Now here we are where we are and like I speculated a few weeks back, Chariot meeds to be careful. They probably dropped Soc Gen thinking they won't need em. But if I understand right there aint a carry on development if ENOG dont take up the optional 10% extra. In that scenario, Chariot would ned 300 mill to pay its 30% share. So maybe they will need Soc Gen after all. It could get real messy. This is how tiddlers like Chariot get squeezed out of the pond by bigger fish.

Bantamboy was the worst. Alleging socgen were no longer involved...until a poster pointed out why thst couldn't be the case...

You have posted blatant libels, accusing people of being criminals etc.
Do you understand the possible financial consequences? That is, if you have anything material to lose, and you're not some homeless bum posting on a stolen mobile phone from some gutter.

It is entirely legitimate for BB to think that Chariot's BoD is scamming shareholders. Look at the company's record. Look at AP, Julie and Jock's remuneration for gawd's sake. Look at what they've all said on TV. Plus it would not surprise me if comments are from insiders jostling for position on the gravy train known as Chariot Ltd. It happens. Cancel culture and lawfare are the enemies of investors. Finchy

It's slam dunk libel. Unless the posters concerned can positively prove comments like "criminal mastermind" are true - which, of course, they can't.
And damages and costs would be substantial - likely all they owned - given that they are making the claims against the CEO of a public company (i.e. a public figure whose reputation is all-important to him).
And ADVFN, if challenged, would give up their identities in a flash, to avoid being sued themselves.
In their place I'd sign off forever, delete their e-mail account, break the hard disc of their computer and /or smash their phone, and throw it in a crusher. And I'm not entirely joking - I'd never gamble with my house and savings in such a cretinous manner. All it takes is for an employee of Chariot to check out these boards and for AP to decide to make a point.
It's been done before off these boards - and not once, I believe.

I made the mistake of glancing at this board.
Just two complete morons competing with each other to see who can post the most highly libellous comment.
The idiots had better hope that their posts go unnoticed. Legally speaking, they've got no defence if CHAR care to sue them. It's been done before off these boards (e.g. RRR). And don't think ADVFN won't give up your true identities in a flash when threatened!

Loool. BB nailed it there. Conalot's 3 pillars...Con 1 - gas. Hope & pray that the ENOG deal is ok (it aint) with added bonus that a farts of gas from onshore can make a few bob. Con 2 - solar panels. Selling over-priced hardware or power to Africans using double glazing sales techniques. Con 3 - green hydrogen. It might as well be nuclear fusion. Finchy
