06/12/2006 16:11 | can someone tell me what is the cheapest this share could have been bought today because all bad news and still i could not buy under 0.75 | vialli123
06/12/2006 14:54 | Upon its warning on 17 October 2006 the share price of Chariot Plc slumped to 0.1p with the Company's reference to bringing in the Administrators. This warning has not resulted in such a steep fall (their are now material stakeholders) and this time there appears to be no reference to the "Administrators". So a higher-low results from the Company's announcement this time around. | scottrorke
06/12/2006 13:36 | so it looks like a fighting match between the two companies building a stake to gain control for the listing unless they are the same ! | blueday55
06/12/2006 11:16 | The buy is the listing. | brixlaven
06/12/2006 11:12 | Can't believe people still buy when they just said that they will wind up the company if no one else comes in. | katsy

27/11/2006 16:22 | nEARLY EVERY SHARE HAS FALLEN, SO WHY NOT THIS TOO. MEANWHILE, DIVERSIFICATION CONTINUES Dear monday Supporter, Would you take a boat to Australia or would you fly? We would definitely fly as we believe in saving time. BUT I WOULD TAKE THE BOAT. £10 IIRC. | scribbler101
27/11/2006 13:36 | I think that today's share price fall (and slight tightening of the spread) is a "tree-shake" to enable market-makers to buy-up shares. I'd welcome knowing if anyone out there agrees or disagrees. Thanks in advance. | scottrorke
24/11/2006 16:35 | unlikely being a key word there also we dont really need a significant premium to make some good money | burdetth
24/11/2006 16:34 | a complete fresh start for one. also depending on the company that reverses in a significant rise in the share price. who nows what will happen but with astinways holding 25% i personally believe they have something planned. | burdetth
24/11/2006 16:33 | "......At this time, and based on current discussions, the Board believe that, in the event that an offer is made to acquire the Company's issued and to be issued share capital, it is unlikely to be at a significant premium to the current mid-market price of the Company's shares." | sealed
24/11/2006 16:28 | What does a possible reverse takeover mean for current CRT holder? | monty77
24/11/2006 16:23 | was that english | burdetth
24/11/2006 16:23 | if people are not interested in crt why are they still on here getting themself in a state sad people!!! but thank again for people involed | vialli123
24/11/2006 16:03 | 1.5p is a short term target on this one and if astinways get there way we could see alot more. Mr Coyle there director is a well known deal maker, no doubt he has a company in the background looking for a reverse takeover. No news for a few days can only mean one thing, discussions are already underway good luck to all that hold. | burdetth
24/11/2006 16:03 | The spread indicates that the mms don't really want to know but are obliged to quote prices, so set a fat spread and hope no-one trades. Today, ~100,000 shares appear to have been bought and sold at a spread of 0.52/0.9p - generating a profit of £380. How many have you got? If a large number, a proper broker will attempt to place them for you - eg directly with recent buyers. If I had an amount invested that was siginficant to me, I would be strongly tempted to get out for what I could get. Risk of bust or diluted to nothing seems to me greater than prospect of a rise. | scribbler101
24/11/2006 15:42 | i hold a large amount of these i need 0.7p to break even, on my account just shows the mid price every morning i think im in a good position. 2 questions this spread 0.5 - 0.9 who does it help and is any people holding who fancys this to do well. no haters please!!! | vialli123
23/11/2006 17:46 | The following is an extract from the Financial Times on Tuesday, 21 November 2006:- Chariot shares were flat at 0.75p in spite of continued speculation about a possible bid for the troubled lottery operator. Investment vehicle Astinway has built a 25.1 per cent stake in Chariot. Astinway is led by former banker Roger Coyle, who was a director of investment group Globex. Globex tried unsuccessfully to back into cash shell Roxspur in 2003, having built a 28 per cent stake in the company. | scottrorke
