Added a tiny few more at 0.50p

Still wonder about those two 20m trades apparently buys at
well over the published offer share price on Friday. No RNS yet. Were
they just v. large rollovers by FBI Media the only instit that
I can see that holds/held 20m pending some corporate action
and which was mentioned in the finals results statement:

"...is working together with FBI Media
Investments Limited, the Company's largest shareholder, in evaluating potential
investment and acquisition opportunities..."

Or were they two buys?
The 500k buy at 0.40p that day too signified (imho so dyor)
that some corporate action migh be in the offing - hopefully
b4 delisting day of 31st January 2008.

The cash resources as at 30 April 2007 stood
at £0.832 million so with c.70m shares that would be worth
about 1.15p per share less cash outflow since then but
perhaps plus the cost of an AIM listing.
Such back of an env calcn gives either a 1 bagger at current SP
of 0.50p or effectively zilch if the co has done
no deal by 31st January 2008.

More likely a sale and purchase giving the buyer c.28%
of CRT or just below the threshold required for a full t/o.
A sale of 40m to one buyer would surely have triggered a t/o?
A good time to try to t/o a co in the run up to Christmas.
an RNS next week perhaps?

Yep..Statement from Finals

"If an acquisition or
investment, which would constitute a reverse takeover, is not completed by 31
January 2008, dealings in the shares of the Company would be suspended. In these
circumstances the Company anticipate giving shareholders the opportunity to
consider the future of the Company at a duly convened extraordinary general
meeting".

This is set for a reverse takeover with only 70m shares in distribution. Half of the stock has been traded in recent month and the rest is held by board/institutions. I am not convinced there is alot in public hands.
