Agreement of the key terms of the license.
MoU with the Government of Morocco.
Agreement with Subsea.
Purchase of a Renewables Company that partners with Total.
That all looks like important news putting in place all the necessary steps before Farm Out and financing which could be announced any day now.

Ye same old story with most of these little oil companies. Always jam tomorrow but tomorrow never arrives. Same with RKH, Hurricane, PMO and the rest who “are sure” big news is coming that will transform this share. Here is the news, there is none.

Without meaningful news, share price will settle into the 7s this week. By the end of the month, it will be the 6s.

All I can see is the share price is now falling below 8p intraday consistently which it hasnt been for some while so for me its falling, simple. Not bothered about the technicalities of a corrupt AIM either.

Amazing how shares like this bounce up and down with no news and just a few small trades. If i were to buy 10 grands worth tomorrow am, the price would rise 10%. If a few punters got together to coordinate buys and sells, they could make big money. Hardly an investment though.

Perhaps you can explain why yesterday you didn’t comment CHAR was on an upwards spiral when the uncrossing trade showed the share price 7% Up at 9.02p which was way above the mid price of the final trade and there had been no trades near 9p all day.
So today the MM’ decided to close it down on the Uncrossing Trade. The spread before the UT was 8.68/8.98 but they used the UT to close it at 7.72.
So in reality the share has been trading at the same price today as yesterday. This happens frequently and I will be very surprised if this doesn’t move up on opening tomorrow at around 8.6. If we are lucky we will have news and open a lot higher. But more likely a little more patience while they finalise what is a very large deal.

7.72 close. On a downward spiral now on no news. News or 5p or lower, take your pick. These small oilies are just awful investments and once I get to a price point, if ever now, I’m out never to get involved with them again or the AIM fraudsters either.

It's got nothing do with level 2 look at all reported trades , Google, ii, adfvn ,h and l ,Halifax to name a few all report same so it is stock exchange giving out false info

Buy or Sell - is not based on some recording of whether the trade was actually a buy or sell.
Is a computer generated view, based on info surrounding at the time of the trade.
If you were to have L2, you would be able to view the surrounding info and draw your own conclusions.
You would be able to see the real time bid and offer prices and (normally) be able to correctly conclude on the nature of the trade.

In any case, without live info what you see is all 15 mins old.

There's no mystery or shenanigans, it's just the system trying to give the best view.

The current share price is 8.30 the 7.72 was a 14 share trade at the bottom of the spread.

Let’s get this in perspective CHAR has a massive project and the main terms of the license were agreed as set out in the RNS on 15th December 2020. CHAR have 75% and the Government of Morocco have 25%. Since then 2 further agreements have been put in place including this

Fast-Tracking Development of Value Accretive Anchois Gas Project



Chariot Oil & Gas Limited (AIM: CHAR), the Africa focused transition energy company, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Collaboration Agreement ("Agreement") with Subsea Integration Alliance to work together to enable the front-end design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation and operation of the Anchois Gas Development project in Morocco. Subsea Integration Alliance is a nonincorporated strategic global alliance between Subsea 7 and OneSubsea®, the subsea technologies, production, and processing systems division of Schlumberger.



Chariot and Subsea Integration Alliance will adopt a "One-team", integrated and collaborative approach to safely fast-track first gas to maximise the return on investment.
We were promised regular news flow and investors are now thinking no news for 2 months is starting to stretch that commitment to news. However in the big scheme of things it’s a frustration rather than a problem.
We have in the meantime bought a renewables business which has a partnership with a subsidiary of Total. Now this is just speculation on my part but what if as they now have a link to Total, they could get Total as the farm in partner. Total have just had to close down a gas project in Mozambique so may have a team looking for a new project in Africa.

Back up to 8.6 which is pretty much where it was yesterday afternoon before the MM’s closed it above 9p. What looks like a fall is in fact manipulated.

This is drip drip down now. If goes below 8p it could go anywhere. All the news is not coming as promised so just like rest of AIM another bunch of con artists. Very disappointing, again !!!!!

I have just rewatched the CFO’s Proactive interview of 2nd March which promised a lot of regular news flow and mentioned the 10x share price event they are looking to provide to shareholders. Since then we had news on 23rd March about the very promising renewables acquisition but nothing further on the gas project. So it is now just over 2 months since the last news and if we are to have regular news flow it should arrive soon.

I dont see any down side with gold and silver , what i mean by that i dont really take any notice on the day to day movement as it will go up. Its just sit back and wait.
