The MM’s seem to be messing around again and with volume of 104000 have already altered the spread 4 times. Highest price paid so far is 10.2p

Good to see today’s positive Up 5.1% which restores yesterday’s gains that the MM’s decided to remove late in the afternoon. Let’s see if we can build on this and get back above 10p

Chariot having a positive start to the week Up 4.1% on volume of 631000.It is now 7 weeks since our last news on the gas project so one would expect further news very soon based on the CFO’s promises about news flow.

Sorry for not replying but i have been busy working,

SHG is definetley an inverse head and shoulders, and shanta as a perfect storm coming with VAT returns and gold about to shoot up, i have loaded up some more its not very often you get the chance to buy into a company which is so cheap. The market at some time will go crazy for gold stocks, and this day cant be far away.

Just to show similar projects in Morocco are being financed Sound Energy are currently Up 19% on this announcement.

The Company is progressing the Final Investment Decision contract and approval processes for its Micro LNG phase 1 development with all relevant stakeholders. This will lead to a 'notice to proceed' and construction to start in due course. The Company confirms that, after restructuring of the Notes, it has sufficient cash resources through to August 2021 to undertake these activities.

Graham Lyon, Sound Energy's Executive Chairman, commented:

"I am pleased that Sound Energy has now successfully completed the restructuring of its loan note obligations. This new arrangement removes one of the constraints in progressing the development of the Tendrara TE-5 horst development. I would like to thank the Noteholders for working closely with Sound Energy to develop a solution that benefits all stakeholders. The Company is now well into the contracting and approval processes which will consequently deliver the phase 1 Micro LNG 'notice to proceed'."

Looking forward to news on this front from CHAR.

1934.07 This is when the USA revalued gold from %20.67 to $35

1968.25 The LBMA collapsed and shut down for over 2 weeks

1971.62 This is when Nixon took gold off the gold standard

1980.05 This is when gold topped at $876.6

2023.55 this is my top

Now if we just use the last part of each date 34.07 = 1244 days
The last cycle in gold from 1976 to 1980 - 3.407 yrs and from the bottom in 2008 to the bottom just gone in March is 12.43 yrs

71.62 or 716.2 cube rooted = 8.947

80.05 sq rooted = 8.947

2023.55 minus 1934.05 = 89.47 yrs

23.55 sq rooted is 55.46 yrs

1968.25 when the LBMA collapsed to 2023.55 = 55.4

2.355 = 8602 days $8602 this is my target

Another cycle 89.47 if we add 1900 to make 1989.47 The highest price in gold was $375 if we take away $35 (starting price we are left with $340

1989.47 minus 1934.08 = 55.39 leaving 34.08 yrs to 2023.55

Also when gold topped in 2011.681 Gold topped at 1921.6 but the total rise was 1886 the number of yrs from the bottom in 1968.25 was 43.428 which is the sq root of 1886

Sound Energy who are at a similar stage to CHAR on a gas project in Morocco are currently Up 39%. Perhaps some of this interest in Morocco can come to CHAR!

As Total are CHAR’s partner in their new African renewables business it is also highly likely they will have a look at the gas project. The fact that Total have had to shut down operations in Mozambique due to security issues could well increase their interest in a new long term project in Morocco .
Clearly Total would make an ideal partner and I hope there are discussions taking place because of the link due to the Renewables project.

All 41 trades of today’s volume of 932000 are shown as sells but at the close it was moved Up 6.5% to close at 9.2p. The 16.5% spread has been ridiculous and has hidden the buys.
