interesting... with the relative 12 mth share price baselining thats happening here,
in q1 2014 we expect mauritania 3D seismic which should be positive...

but before that Tullow mauritania drilling result at xmas-new years (?) and cairn drillling in morocco...
as well as then repsol/trp namibia drill in march14...
so some decent news flow with some massive share price shift potential over the next 3 to 5 months... not to mention a namibia farmout...

and if all items r positive, for eg: all third party mauri, moroc, namib drills r oil strikes, then i think that char will see 100p plus in no time... however the stars do need to line up :-))

Chariot Oil & Gas (CHAR/£37.7m/18.75p) – Morocco update ( FinnCap 13-11-13 )

Chariot has announced that following reprocessing and interpretation of existing 2D seismic data it has elected to proceed into the first extension period for the Loukos licence. It has also decided that due to high associated risks it will relinquish the Casablanca/Safi licence, demonstrating good capital discipline. Material leads have been identified in both the Loukos and Rabat Deep licences and to progress these to drillable status, Chariot expects to acquire 3D seismic data in 2014. We estimate this survey will be at least 750km2 in size and cost $10-15m which Chariot is fully funded for and retains a 75% working interest in each licence area. Chariot expect to end the year with c$53m and have commitments of $34m next year (excluding any back costs from potential farm outs). Meanwhile Tullow has announced today that they expect to reach TD for their first well offshore Mauritania in December. The play is similar in geology to Chariot's neighbouring block to the north, where Cairn paid $26m for 3D seismic and back costs to earn 35% in August. Chariot retain 55% and will farm out again to be carried through a well, a positive result from Tullow would clearly be positive for them.

We had management on the road in Dublin yesterday and the story was well received. We expect the next news flow to be a farm out on their Namibian licences, which are drill ready. Interest has been high in the data room which opened late September. In the meantime our valuation remains unchanged and we have a 26p price target offering 40.5% upside potential.

today from tullow..

"The first well in our exploration campaign to drill new, deeper plays in the offshore Mauritanian basin commenced at the end of August 2013. The first well, Frégate, in the C-7 licence is expected to reach total depth in December 2013. The rig is then expected to move to the C10 and C6 blocks where it will drill the Tapendar and Sidewinder prospects respectively."

looking good here - news should be sometime soon on another farm in. Morocco or Brazil, another $26m, maybe more.
Market Cap = Cash on balance sheet.
More to come pop pickers.
Don't let the fools misguide you. This is tightly run ship now. Explosive transformation coming.

(Oh and btw, misleading comments are being noted. thought whoever is making them might like to know that - ip addresses as well, so all good on the good ship Chariot.)

How you doing HB? Hope you're taking a few at this give away price.
