Disagree. Higher Copper prices mean there are consumers in the world who have the money and are able to pay a higher price for Copper. I.e. the Chinese

If the world economy was not healthy then Copper prices would'nt rise as high now would they ?

when something as common as copper quadruples in just over 2 years, that's not the sign of a healthy economy...more of a commodity-bubble getting out of control..
