This is what I predicted and what has actually happened so far...

You type
'< img src='the url image location with jpg ending for example, thenclose it with '>'
but no gaps between the brackets and the img src
If I type it as it should be this stupid browser thinks I am actually putting an image so it is a mess..

no no nothing to do with advfn you must use< at the beginning and >at the end no gaps apart from img src

you type < img src= 'url of image '> no gaps apart from img src as I had to put them to show you... the url must be the picture's .jpg or .gif not simply the web site...
