I dont see a major leg up. I also think 9950 is possible in October before a strong rise.

I think the markets will bottom out this year sometime in Oct-Nov, What do you think?

Are we heading for another major leg up before a massive leg down? Or will it be a dry summer with small moves and then a massive dive in the later parts of the year?
