I think the assumption is that the Tender Offer will be above the market price.

I doubt they will buy in the market. But I think they should especially if under what they are considering paying under a tender offer.

Seems very strange that they announce an 'ahead' in late April and follow it up with a 'miss' just a few months later. I guess if you're planning a Tender Offer for 15% of the ahare capital, it'll be significantly cheaper after today!

Historically they announced a buyback and then offered to buy a set amount of shares at a price,10- 15% above the level that day, and raised it when few responded. until met.

I can’t see how they can do a buyback. Would rather see special divi but probably causes tax issues for some.

looks good for character, dollar rising again, share buy back.

Two announcements today:

1. The purchase of Chill Factor with whom the company has a longstanding distributorship agreement and

2. A Tender Offer: "It is now anticipated that a tender offer seeking to purchase issued ordinary shares [...] in the Company will be made by the Company in September 2021."

Been in contact and they have advised it is taking longer due to considerations around tax.

10000 share trades as regular as can be , appear to be sells but who can be sure, certainly if they are they are stopping a surge up higher but better the regular rise we have been enjoying. a gentle re assessment of the company value.
share buy backs have been in October before, we don't get much news through the summer.
where is the dividend return we are missing, Time for a special dividend to make up.

Exactly and ticking up nicely. These goo hit zoo that they jointly developed are flying off the shelf’s. The fact it’s their number one product after peppa dropped out so quickly speaks volumes.

off the blocks,
this half year already reporting strong growth, "predictions of 10.5m an underestimate" ,
not surprising when the dollar has gone from 130-141 and they buy stuff in dollars and sell in pounds.
t/o up 44% last half so as doing very well up further? still.

profitability will result in more cash by September update, perhaps 43m
cash generative,
gaining new orders and succeeding in all markets, a big re rating is due.

The company has indicated it wants to buy back shares but appears so far to have been unable to do. This too underpins the current price.

A very few have cashed in but volumes are miniscule, trade size also. we seem to be at a point where the shares should jump again as they are undervalued in the short term and with the pipeline set out for some time ahead they are attractive. A material increase above forecast earnings 10.5m is going to re rate these with the accompanying return of cash to shareholders in some form the market should anticipate this before the September update.
