Some towel throwing today. I bought more. Director buy just recently at 2.3 and converted at 3p. Now half that!

On the other hand we have two directors buying one on the open market the other at a premium of 3p. you have to go back a year to see director dealings, that was on the 18th of July followed by news on the NYW on the 20th followed by news of the second cash installment payment. The share price at that time was above 20p only a little way to go to get back to that level, but something defiantly brewing IMHO

In a perverse sort of way the last thing as a PI you want to read are director buys. This is because they cannot buy or sell shares if they are aware of any events that are going to materially change the company within the next 30 days.

As a general rule all director buys in AIM stocks are scams in one form or another.

He spends £33450 on shares in last one week. Something afoot. Market cap £0.8m and will get approximate $9m soon. Looking for acquisitions for few months now with strong personnel on board. I hope the acquisition will be massive.

They already have the NYW which is not even in the share price if they close another 2 deals then they will get $6mln from Starneth one is almost there.

The recent share deal by the Chief Executive goes some way of stating he has confidence that a deal OR two will be done IMHO

#CHAL bit on the tiny side but CEO bought 150k at 2.3p during the rush on the spike, did he believe that 18p bid story too ha ha lol
