Full marks to BOD, PR and Nomad for working overtime this evening.

As you can see we have a replacement RNS.

The email from Mark said

"Hi RKB

Thank you for picking up the mistake in the table.

We are sending a revised RNS out today if time permits.

We will also consider inserting outstanding balances into future releases.

Hi Marvin

I only post here and LSE South East. I also only post on shares I hold. I only have a modest holding of 53K.

I tend to post positives things and I do a massive amount of research.

Over the next week I will post as I see it. My posts are not intended to 'ramp' but some posters think when anybody posts good news then they are ramping.

I will post the email I received from Mark Gustafson this evening.

I am working out what I think we issued in all Loan Notes and what has been converted and also what additional Loan Notes have been issued in lieu of 7/8ths Interest.

Then if BOD fail to give clear information I will publish my calculations and see if the "Challenge" them.

I have confidence in our Company but do not like the drip drip of conversions of Loan Notes as it would appear that Bond Holders interest are only being served by a low share price (as they can convert at this lower share price)

It will be interesting to see what the amended RNS says as we are not receiving the news we would all like (the finance is in place for Jakarta)

The RNS from 4pm today has an error.

I have emailed our Company: see below

'You state that the Interest to 30 Sep 2016 was converted into Shares. Should this not be to 31st December 2016?

Also as an Investor in our Company I would appreciate when you issue an RNS regarding Convertible Loan Notes that you clearly state the outstanding amount of each Convertible Loan Note. Issuing the balance of the notes will be one way that you can prove to Investors that you want to have us informed. I look forward to an amended RNS on Monday'.

RNS fantastic news by rns today

Looking ahead for Challenger, the New York Wheel Project, in which we hold a US$3 million equity stake, continues to make excellent progress towards its grand opening in 2018, with construction of the 630ft observation wheel now well underway. Development of the Jakarta Wheel remains on-hold until the developer secures the necessary bank financing, which I appreciate is extremely frustrating, but I would like to assure our shareholders that we are doing everything we can to push development forward whilst also assessing alternative potential development options. We look forward to updating the market on our progress in due course."

Sold today as I think the share price has much further to fall.

They do seem to be a clueless bunch with a good business idea; only thing is, can these clowns actually pull it off within budgets and time limits?

No problem. I'm not trying to talk the share up or down, just trying to give a measured view and seeking other views.Anyone looking at the 12-month chart can see the continuous slide with a significant blip. Over 12 months the shares have lost 75% of their value at a pretty constant rate, with the one-year deferral of the opening of the NY Wheel helping things along.Nothing else about the business has changed, so it's all about timing to maximise returns.
