26/7/2017 08:37 | C. I am being facetious . Of course they cant offer 10p . If we have an alternative buyer as well as MA , why is the price dropping? | juju44
26/7/2017 08:04 | Meanwhile, from looking at the trades and specifically the many 25,000 and 50,000 share trades these last few weeks, it is clear we have a consistent buyer which is not the consortium. | casual47
26/7/2017 07:59 | Juju, you haven't made much sense recently. They can't bid below their highest price paid in last 12 months, which currently is above 23p | casual47
26/7/2017 07:55 | all their buying did little for the share price over the past 2 months - in fact it has fallen since June so lets hope they dont bid or it might drop to 10p | juju44
26/7/2017 07:30 | Any chance of Ansersson making the mandatory bid for the company? | wilmot
21/7/2017 14:46 | So no holding RNS regarding the 3 million shares that were traded. That rules out directors and any IIs above 5%. Would be good if a new II entered the fray. | casual47
21/7/2017 11:52 | SP seems pretty stable so far. | casual47
20/7/2017 15:41 | We can keep an eye out now for a 98,242 trade and then we know Labro have had their fill. | novicetrade68
20/7/2017 10:22 | Today's holding RNS....... If the Consortium only bought 50K shares on the 18th then who bought all the other lots of 50K that day? "Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, was informed on 19(th) July that Labro Investments Limited ("Labro") holds 121,948,037 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 each, representing 34.67% of the issued share capital of the Company, following purchases on 18(th) July of 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 18.875 pence per share. " | casual47
19/7/2017 12:11 | NEX trade of 25974 gone through at 19.25 pence At least there's still appetite! | casual47
18/7/2017 18:33 | Yes, certainly and why actually not. Good find I think, may not mean much at the present time, but on the other hand, having connections with that lot would definitely increase odds we see a gold mine here in the end. | novicetrade68
18/7/2017 16:37 | Interesting, the Consortium guys are all involved in this: Our Chairman and other people from the consortium are partners in it. It's a real estate investment company, managing 1.3 billion EUR real estate assets, and which has raised 1.1 billion EUR capital. Two of them are European nobility, belong to the De Geer family: So we know they are good with money and have a lot of money themselves. I guess a gold miner is just another place for them to put their money? | casual47
18/7/2017 15:59 | There will be updates before then, e.g. for sure the interim statement in September -- I think they will want to add some meat to it. While the BFS won't be fully completed before Q1 2017 they should be able to provide snippets before then. Hopefully they will keep us abreast of the "interested parties" that are visiting the site this summer. They may announce further strengthening of the team. The senior secured loan notes become due next year so they will need to have money to repay them, assuming the holders don't convert at 30p (unlikely). We could see partial financing being put in place this year. | casual47
18/7/2017 15:30 | Yes, it will be interesting to see what happens now. Apart from an offer, the only news expected now will be at least 6-9 months away. But I'm getting the impression CGH follows a tracker anyway so CGH will probably just go the way the tracker goes. | novicetrade68
18/7/2017 14:34 | I guess the in total 100K AT shares bought today were Labro -- I guess that means they have completed their deal. Look forward to some news to sustain the impatient. | casual47
18/7/2017 12:47 | I wouldn't mind the other scenario happening either: Labro taking over the company once they have completed their purchases. 30p would be great. Though I doubt Labro have that deep pockets that they can pay for both the buyout (at 30p would be around 50 million USD for the 50-odd% of shares that they don't own already) and for putting CGH into production (which is likely to be of the same order). It makes sense for Labro to want to keep this listed so they can access finance, after all, that's the principal reason for being listed.... | casual47
18/7/2017 10:58 | An offer for the company is of course also still possible at any moment, especially if the share price drifts below a point Labro would deem it to be a pi$$-take. But I think they would want to maintain their listing on AIM and make a return themselves on their investment so far. | novicetrade68
17/7/2017 19:31 | The price is a full three pence up from where it was a week or so ago.....about 20% Where it goes from here in the short term, who knows. Seeing as I added last week I'm banking on positive developments. Though could drift of course If no news. | casual47
17/7/2017 15:59 | What was expected then? It was crystal clear on L2 someone was and still is feeding shares to the market, so no wonder no rise. | novicetrade68
17/7/2017 08:18 | Buying is almost over . Never did do the wonders for the share price that was expected | juju44
14/7/2017 14:32 | Mass of buys and they drop the bid again . All the buying doesnt seem to mattyer | juju44
14/7/2017 13:03 | 5 trades of 12,756 @19pence so far (£2424). Odd amounts. #6 just gone through at 13:30 | casual47
14/7/2017 10:10 | 15k buy at 19.50 Babysteps but at least an increase. | casual47
14/7/2017 09:57 | Shouldn't take the directors long to mop up the remaining 400k. They could easily do it in an afternoon. Have to wonder what their buying strategy has been. I mean, they went up to over 23p not so long ago. A lot of their recent buys was through tiny purchases of 10/50k. And yet someone was able to arrange a purchase of 3.9 million shares. Looks like that might have been a new II or II who's under 5%, seeing as there hasn't been a holding RNS. If no holding RNS is forthcoming then I guess it must have been China non ferrous or UBS as for neither it would require a holding RNS(China remains above 5%, just, UBS remains below 5%) | casual47
14/7/2017 09:39 | Lot of buying yesterday but bid marked down again - its only the bid matters . MMs doing a mighty job for the big buyers here | juju44 |
