Transactions in own shares   Centrica plc 10 December 2024   Centrica plc announces that it purchased on 9 December 2024 (through Goldman Sachs International) 1,390,749 Centrica plc ordinary shares of 6 14/81 pence each at a price of 131.6600 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.
