Transactions in own shares   Centrica plc 6 December 2024   Centrica plc announces that it purchased on 5 December 2024 (through Goldman Sachs International) 500,000 Centrica plc ordinary shares of 6 14/81 pence each at a price of 130.1300 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.
