Transactions in own shares   Centrica plc 21 November 2024   Centrica plc announces that it purchased on 20 November 2024 (through Goldman Sachs International) 1,438,578 Centrica plc ordinary shares of 6 14/81 pence each at a price of 120.7800 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.
