Centrica appoints Non-Executive Director

Centrica plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Chanderpreet Duggal as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 16 December 2022, whereupon he will also become a member of the Company's Audit & Risk Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee.

Scott Wheway, Chairman, said: "I look forward to welcoming Chanderpreet to the Board next week as a Non-Executive Director. Chanderpreet will bring valuable expertise of digital technology and the use of data analytics in large customer facing businesses that will be of great benefit to the Board."
