So no chance of accounts getting finalised any time soon, no chance of re-listing until then, and massive dilution and devaluation of our already-penny shares when and if they are relisted. Any hope at all? Well the machinery has arrived, but we won't be the operators of it. What exactly will the company do if it is successful in it's goals? Own a mine seems to be all.

Concentrator Plant

Shareholders are referred to previous announcements, the most recent of which was dated 20 April 2017, wherein they were advised that the concentrator equipment, which had been ordered from China, was expected to be delivered to South Africa in mid-June 2017.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the concentrator plant has now arrived in South Africa after some delays and has been transported to site in containers. The containers are expected to be off-loaded by 14 September 2017. It is anticipated that construction will commence in the beginning of October 2017 and that the concentrator plant will be fully on line by December 2017.

The manufacturer will be sending four engineers to assist with the installation and commissioning of the concentrator plant.

Operational and Financial Update

Whilst excavation and processing operations have stabilised at an operational level, the financial position of the Company nevertheless remains extremely serious. The Company carries significant debt and has a number of creditors. The directors are actively pursuing financing opportunities for the Company and are in discussions with a number of parties about those opportunities. Any such financing, if forthcoming, would be likely to be significantly dilutive to shareholders and may also involve the Company disposing of all or of a significant part of its operations to a third party better able to provide the capital required to provide a meaningful return from those operations, which are proving very difficult to achieve under the Company's current capital structure.

why should it? mine floodwater now 205m below surface,puno sorted and now owe crnd around £5m,price of gold going up,new machinery due to be installed soon..if crnd was a start up gold company and had all their gold in the ground , the market would value it many times of crnd's paltrey market cap of £1m...but the fact is CRND is a gold producer too so a fair market cap should easily be 20x more ..shorters,colluding MMs and bad sentiment are to blame

More news from TCTA regarding the water levels, 196mbs. I am at a loss as to why we have not as a company even commented on this given the current suspension of our companies shares. As shareholders we have supported CRND through shares issues, a continual stream of poor results and bad news. We all know our asset base is extremely valuable, we know the machinery to help us extract that value is on its way or maybe has even landed ( mid August ). The team behind this purchase have been publicly acknowledged for their dedication to finding a solution and I for one am looking forward to seeing the results of their endeavours. I still find it troubling that we as shareholders are not being kept upto date on the progress we are obviously making. A simple short RNS with some bullet points to give us PI’s hope for our investment, September is still a few weeks away and we have had significant news in-between the last RNS which I believe is noteworthy. Perhaps you could consider comments on the above?
