Paji (and anyone else asking),

Assuming you hold through a broker you'll get an action on your holding, so you can indicate whether you with to accept the offer. Once you've done so that 'commits' your shares until it completes. Some time next week I'd expect ENRC to issue a timetable, that will let us know when they plan to pay for the shares. It's then just a case of waiting for the cash to arrive in your account.

Alternatively, you can sell them in the market, though currently you'd only get 19.5p or slightly more.

So if its a done deal - whats the score at the moment!! ie the price still showing 19.25bid and 19.50 offer - will the shares cease trading - or is it just a waiting game, still being able to buy/sell if stupid enough to do so?? MM

According to the RNS, They still don't have Gertlers shares.

They have 55% but not the 35% gertler holds

But the press is always a day or so behind geng. I can't see how we could have a 788m trade reported if it wasn't Dan. It sounds like Ambrian have it right:
