05/4/2004 08:42 | Now here is another one worth a look - Imperial Energy Corporation, ticker = IEC. Just floated today, market cap only 3.5m, involved with oil exploration and production. They have option of buying a controlling stake in a Russian company who have 4 exploration licenses in Tomsk, Siberia which has the largest amount of oil reserves in the world, on a par with Saudi. If your gonna look for oil, do it in the most oil rich area in the world ! Don't believe a bb has been created yet, only been floated half an hour ago, but at 35p and a mkt cap of only 3.5m, surely its worth a look...... Agincourt - this should interest you - maybe set up a bb ? Here's hoping ! Anyway with a quality project and only 3.5m mkt cap, you can see the potential , (and I'm not knocking CAN but at 20m mkt cap and no project it may struggle to go further) | iliketheshares

04/4/2004 09:34 | anywhere around 20p next week. IMO It will follow the trend of other mining stocks at the moments. I am not ramping or de ramping, simple guesswork. IMO DYOR | nmitra

04/4/2004 06:37 | I think it has run too quick too soon. It all seems to be based on lots of hope. Agreeable that is what AIM shares are all about plus some research as well. I have already jumped in/out a couple of times now and presently sitting on the side-lines. What will happen next week????? Guess your guess is as good as anybody elses. Good Luck. | hoping

02/4/2004 16:09 | Does anyone know the epic code for Aztec Resources please. I understand they are an iron ore mining company based in Australia. well placed for supplying the bulging market in china thanks in anticipation | mjph1
02/4/2004 15:08 | Agincourt Will email you at ab.barmy over weekend to discuss our mutual fondness for nat'l resources. And to exchange note. I came into mng and oil from hi-techs six months ago. IMHO, hi-techs and techs in general is facing a closet bear at present. Talk to you later. BTW, thanks for the charts you released on CLU. Absolutely helpful and to the minute! Could you put the charts to the Header's page? | ppowerscourt
02/4/2004 13:40 | Big buys soon | nmitra
02/4/2004 12:23 | ppowerscourt Got EEN, forgot that. | agincourt
02/4/2004 12:02 | Agincourt Re: your post 242 Read all your holdings in this sector. I have similar but with slight variation to yours. I can answer your question as to why you're nervous about this one. The reason is you have not tasted any of PE's four major companies or mining cos in Africa with which he has connection, that's why. They are CIR, up from 1p within one year, SFU 30p today from 3.75p seven months ago; CFM now 9p from 4.25p seven mths ago and now CAN. Have I missed any other? Whereas, I own SFU and CFM from six months ago and have already confidence in PE's style and choice. I plunged into CIR on Feb. first at 13p, still holding and now hold CAN at 10p buy-in price. I do run across you on many of the boards listed by you. We are of like mind and inclination to invest heavy in the nat'l resources' young sector. Even if viewed as frothing, there is excitement and money to be made riding the times' fury. One stock very unlucky for me in my blind punt on every mining stock so as to weed out the useless ones after a while: it is Galahad GLA. what a disappointment. Maybe just my bad luck with all Slater (Jim and son Mark)stocks in my past history. Cheers! Keep up the good faith Agincourt. You've got some terrific winners there. If you publish your email, I can respond with emailing you all my nat'l resources stocks holding as well. Thanks. | ppowerscourt
