Found this on Neil Craven, Cellcast's mystery major investor:

"Neil Craven has many years' experience at senior management levels in telecommunications and fund management. He was part of the founding management team of Carrier1 International S.A., a NASDAQ-listed pan-European provider of telecoms services to internet service providers and other telecom companies where he served as vice-president in charge of business development from 1998 to 2003. During this time, he was also responsible for the pan-European broadband business and for capital expenditure across the group. In 2003, he moved into fund management and from late 2004 to the end of 2006 he was a partner in a Swiss-based asset management and corporate finance boutique where he was responsible for establishing and managing a hedge fund focussed on special situations and small cap equities. He is currently a private investor focusing on small-cap equities."

Thanks for clearing the Celldorado question, sad from a financial viewpoint but
very positive the large amount of adverts now on Sumo website and the growing
revenue that these contribute.

Celldorado :

Unfortunately, I dont think it is anything to do with cellcast.

The site is very highly ranked on alexa.com.

I did however suggest months back on the sumo.tv website that they should create a ringtones/ music section where people can download.

Hopefully, the new director and controller will get the ball rolling on this front.

Caanan are also building the foundations to help boost Cellcast Asia posted 11 days ago)...

You're reading it here first: Harish Gandhi, Vice-President (Value Added Services and New Product Development) for Bharti Airtel, India's largest mobile operator, is set to join VC firm Canaan Partners. Gandhi has been with Airtel for almost two years, prior to which he was Director of Technology and Marketing with Nokia. He has an MBA from Wharton, and is an Electrical Engineer from IIT Bombay. Sources have informed ContentSutra that he will join sometime next month.

Canaan currently has one investment (of $5.25 Million) in the mobile space - Cellcast Asia Holdings - and having Gandhi on board at Canaan may it easier for the company to deal with Airtel - acknowledged in the industry as a difficult deal to crack. Gandhi will probably lead the mobile investments for Canaan, and this might also help Canaan attract more companies from the mobile sector; around a quarter of the VC firms new $650 Million fund has been earmarked for India and Israel.

It better be owned by Cellcast, sumo needs the revenue and this i would have
thought would be producing a lot of revenue.
Every time you open a new window on Sumo up pops one of these adds.
Why let others have the big bucks when you own the site.
Seems good business to me but i could be wrong but i do hope not.

Depends who is selling and why james. Remember, shares are tightly held and small amounts can move it either way. With SumoTv news possibly within the next few months, who knows what ppls motives are. Just a thought.

I just cant figure out people selling now. Someone's just sold 20k @ 3.25p?

The strange thing is I'm still being quoted to sell 100k @ 3.62p, so this guys broker stinks..

ps Cant find out anything about Cellderado, but why do you think it's owned by Cellcast - apart from the same four letters at the start of the company name?

Anyone know anything re celldorado.com add on Sumo.

The people at Cellcast appear to be working very hard to turn a profit for the co
if indeed they are behind celldorado .com.

Listen to the music on each add and the rude santa, if i was a teenager i would
be tempted to download i think.

Welcome onboard spurberry, it may have been me that said 10p-15p and although I can't substantiate this, it's my gut feel.

Looking at the major shareholders 80% is held by them, which is a high proportion and explains the illiquidity here. I know it won't post well, but below is the breakdown.

Cellcast PLC Major ShareholdersShares in issue:75.5m3p Ords Name Amount % Holding
Mr Neil Craven 12,749,927 - 16.88%
SMS Media Ltd 9,680,062 - 12.82%
Atlas Group of Companies Ltd 8,645,635 - 11.45%
Harkness Trading Ltd(dup A & B) 6,687,500 - 8.86%
Hoodless Brennan & Partners 5,556,260 - 7.36%
Andrew Karl Wilson 5,147,997 - 6.82%
Bertrand Pierre Folliet 5,147,997 - 6.82%
mTouche Technology Berhad 4,500,000 - 5.96%

Other Directors Name Amount % Holding
Julian Braithwaite Paul 1,250,000 - 1.655%
Emmanuelle Erna Guicharnaud 982,403 - 1.301%
Michael Patrick Neville 625,000 - 0.82%

After the tickup the online bids are:

Buy 150k @ 3.99p
Sell 25k @ 3.88p

I'm not sure if we have a seller, but for as long as I can remember you've been able to buy under mid-price, although this does move up on every purchase, pretty much.

Hopefully they will turn a profit, thats why I have joined you here, but there still is a small risk.

I am not sure who and not sure if it is possible but someone said that they where hoping for 10-15p quite soon, is this really possible, i had a slightly reserved approach as you have to have with share price estimates

Indeed, I tend to stick to oil & gas myself. I think we have hit the low here and with good management could see excellent organic growth. The product is world class, but I would hold on for more than a double. The market cap is so low, that if they turn a profit, there will be a swift turnaround in the share price

2prsimo,

as you I tend to stick on oil stocks, but had a little read over here on on the website after you mentioned them and although I am not fully there with all the companies and terms, it seemed like a good risk/reward share. For £4,000 its a little risk to take for a potential double.

addede to MTA and TMAN too recently you may of seen and IPL
