RNS Number:4092S Celsis International PLC 06 March 2007 Celsis International Plc (the "Company") Notification of Major Interests in Shares 6 March 2007: Celsis International Plc was notified on 5 March 2007 by Fidelity Investments International that, as at 1 March 2007, two legal entities, Fidelity International Limited ("FIL") and FMR Corp ("FMR"), were subject to notification obligations in respect of the Company. Prior to the implementation of the EU Transparency Directive, Fidelity Investments International aggregated the interests in shares of FMR and FIL together for the purposes of shareholder reporting. According to the new DTR rules, Fidelity Investments International is now reporting the indirect holdings of FMR and FIL separately. As at 1 March 2007, FMR holds 680,248 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 3.08 percent of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company. As at 1 March 2007, FIL holds 39,900 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.18 percent of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
