RNS Number:3910S Celsis International PLC 24 November 2003 CELSIS INTERNATIONAL PLC Disposal of Shares Celsis International plc ("Celsis" or "the Company") advises that on 21 November a Director of the Company, Professor Sir Christopher Evans OBE, sold 5,300,000 ordinary shares at 31p per share by way of a Placing by the Company's broker, Seymour Pierce Limited, to meet ongoing institutional demand for Celsis' shares. Sir Christopher was a founding shareholder of Celsis and is a renowned venture capitalist in the UK Life Sciences industry most recently through his fund Merlin Ventures, and this is the first time he has sold shares. Sir Christopher will retain a significant stake in the Company of 6,595,250 shares, which is approximately 5.9% of the issued share capital.
