I thought this was basically bust and delisted... can someone kindly explain what happened? I was a holder a while back but lost interest after big plummets.

As a result of the Private Placement and the other transactions described above, Talara now holds 9,290,556,048 Common Shares (representing approximately 95.3% of the outstanding Common Shares) and members of Management together hold 198,707,100 Common Shares (representing approximately 2.0% of the outstanding Common Shares).
Talara effectively purchased at .32 per share. Come to your own conclusion.

WWI.Zak Mir's forecasting a rise to 3p within the next few weeks.
If caza delists, are we likely to get a delist date? Can't imagine
that they can pull the plug without proper notice to shareholders.
Nice to see some life back. Left my investment in 'just in case'!!!

Maybe an offer has been made or agreement to sell assets- seems doubtful in current environment but CAZA does have good assets IF POO recovers+ debt free.
