Based on the current number of Common Shares outstanding, the Company estimates that Talara will acquire approximately 9,467,400,000 Common Shares (the "Issued Shares") and that there will be approximately 9,744,154,000 Common Shares outstanding. The Private Placement will result in estimated dilution for the existing holders of Common Shares of approximately 3520% and materially affect the control of Caza.

Moved on? I moved on long ago from that character, barely uttering a word to him for months and months. It was never an issue to me until his defamations on other boards were starting to get ridiculous - claiming I bought AFR and lost my investment, misrepresenting my positions (which evolved as macroeconomic situation did).

Anyway, nice to know we both share an interest in morning porridge with fruits. I like mine watery with a little milk ;)

For avoidance of doubt, I have no time for this nonsense if you consider that as moving on.

You arrogantly told pappilion to do the research when he challenged you where the proof was that you sold in Feb.. you couldnt provide one, ..... so i did the research.... and there was not one post of yours that stated you were selling/sold. The only time you claimed to have sold was on April 1. So that exposed you as a liar.

It's of concern to everyone to know you are a liar. Why is it of any concern what your opinions are ? Why was it of anyones concern for you to tell everyone you had sold in April ? Yet you posted it... even though it's none of anyones concern

Cash, all holders of small oilers have lost money. I have, but thats the risk one takes. I am nearly out of oil and my new holdings will in time cover my looses fingers crossed.

A tiny rump of it was soldoff at start of April. Vast majority of my remainder was sold off in Feb - so yes my apologies for that .

But to misrepresent someone's view on a stock, which is/are informed by various parameters that were current back then is despicable. Sorry that's the only word. Companies are strange beasts - they change as markets, economic cycles, sentiment changes. What he's done is completely decontextualize it. See my views on the hawk board over the last couple of months as their 2015 drill programme results became clear.

My expectations on oil price, as others, was based on an expected recovery in price later in the year - that has not happened - contrary to what most analysts and the industry were expecting. Yes, that's a shock to all.

That a few stocks have been hammered in the oil price collapse, in which I had investments, does not a story tell.
