15/12/2015 12:45 | Sleveen I've no doubt we will. I'm also on the sidelines waiting for opportunities in the O&G sector. I am invested in XTR which I've spent loads of time researching. (Not meant as a recommendation). | 1628386
15/12/2015 12:15 | No, that's the point of my post above. | ![]() sleveen

15/12/2015 10:31 | I acknowledge that at times my CAZA analysis was off the mark, but I hope some sold in good time prior to day's news. Even PA. 1628, I'm sure we will bump into each other on other threads. I'm watching and waiting atm. | ![]() sleveen
15/12/2015 09:21 | Well.... There ends the lesson that changes in market forces alter the fundamentals on which assets are valued... a self fulfilling cycle (both ways ... in a bull market or a bear market) A sad day really as this was once an exciting growth story. Quite why anyone would buy today is beyond me, but some have. The new investors don't appear to be intending to grow the company as there are no plans to drill. They appear to want to batten down the hatches and sell chunks/the whole lot in the future when POO recovers. That could take years, hence I suppose, the plans to delist from AIM. I feel for those losing their investments but I guess they grieved some time ago and today is just confirmation. Good luck all ... Maybe see some of you in other companies in the future | 1628386
15/12/2015 08:43 | jotoha... you've got to laugh at that attempt to ramp.... Caza is being delisted but buy some shares anyway... Oh well. Farewell old friend. Made me some money back in the day and then lost me a whole lot more. | spkiller
15/12/2015 08:35 | Go to the CAZA website to see this vital piece of info missed off the ADVFN RNS as "more to follow" "In addition, the Company confirms that it is its current intention to seek a delisting from AIM in due course in accordance with AIM rules, and to initiate the relevant proceedings to effect the delisting shortly following Closing" >>> That phrase makes CAZA a sell for UK investors. 15/12/2015 08:30 | I'm out. It has been an interesting ride to say the very least, but no point in hanging around any longer. Good luck to all. | ![]() lord gnome
15/12/2015 08:22 | Looks like Apollo, Yorkville and outstanding creditors have all taken a haircut. Management have also been stuffed. They have new bosses and new contracts. Big 'ouch' all round. | ![]() lord gnome
15/12/2015 08:20 | In addition, the Company confirms that it is its current intention to seek a delisting from AIM in due course in accordance with AIM rules, and to initiate the relevant proceedings to effect the delisting shortly following Closing. | heaven above

15/12/2015 08:19 | ... will substantially and materially reduce the Company's working capital deficiency... >>>but it is not eliminated completely, so still debt to pay off. | ![]() sleveen
15/12/2015 08:18 | All is well again in the good ship caza. | ![]() jotoha2
15/12/2015 08:18 | Jump - a whole 0.005p! With the deal done at a price of 0.32p, presumable somebody reckons that there is still a bit of value left at the current depressed price. Personally I reckon this is the ultimate example of hope over reality. Talara will have the ability to mop up the shares that they do not own and take CAZA private if they wish. I can't see them wanting to be bothered with a rump of disaffected private shareholders, mostly in the UK. A quick read of these boards would be enough to frighten them away. | ![]() lord gnome
15/12/2015 08:15 | Why the jump in price then?? | balbains324
15/12/2015 08:13 | I don't fully understand the extensive blurb can anyone enlighten me? | balbains324 |
